Comfortable pillow!
I absolutely love this pillow. I actually bought 2, 1 for home, 1 for travel. It really does help with my lower back pain while sleeping, and I love the built in 3 heating settings. Especially on chilly nights.

It gets warm!
It gets very warm on high so I rarely use it more than medium.It fits nice at the base of my back between the back of the chair and me.The connection and cable to recharge seem pretty flimsy but after 3 months is still holding up. See how it is in another 3 months or so.

Helping keep sciatica pain from returning
This has made such a huge difference for me – I am buying another and have recommended it to multiple people with low back and sciatica pain.I sleep with this – use it on the couch and take it with me in the car even though my Lincoln has great lumbar support – it is not enough – and car rides are miserable – this has really helped.The heat surprised me as it is instant – My only complaint is the super bright LED light! I need to put tape or something over it as I have to cover it on my bed when I go to sleep – it will light the whole room up. Need pitch back when sleeping. Other than that it is great -I read the size may be small for some, however, my father-in-law is pretty big and he loved it – I am small so it’s perfect for me.Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money. This product is too soft to help with lower back pain. In addition, the heating element takes a long time to work. Not recommended

Heat and Back Support
I waited a while before leaving a review and I can say that this lumbar support (for your bed) has really helped with my pain. I will tell you that you need to be careful when having the heat on the high setting for too long. It gets very hot, and even though it auto adjusts to the lower setting (there are 3 settings) it’s still pretty hot. I wrap mine in a thin towel and wear a shirt and it still gets pretty hot. I really do like this thing! I use it mostly every day and it’s helped ease my lower back pain. The support and heat is a great combination. Be careful not to fall asleep if it’s on the high setting!
