Accurate
Accurate – compared readings with two other different devices. This Dagamma model DP100 design assumes your finger nail is not longer than 1/4″ past your finger tip – and it stops your finger insertion at the proper reading place; for me that works perfectly. (FYI: Some oximeters do not do that; by that I mean, nothing stops you from placing your finger too far inside the device – beyond the sensing area – and thus not get any reading or get a bad reading. Note: If you want any oximeter to work properly, the Red ‘laser’ Light must pass thru your finger tip – AND NAIL – then into the Light Sensor window; look inside the finger slot and you can see where those two sensor parts are).

Accurate reading for me! Read my post
I’ve owned several of these over the years and the readings for me were always spot on, meaning I know when my BP is low or high, generally most people have an SpO2 of 97-98 which is good, but, for me that’s tells me my BP is high (go figure!) and when it’s 94-95 my BP is at normal levels so people on other reviews say inaccurate readings, to me it tells me my BP without having to take a BP reading so those people aren’t using a blood pressure machine when they use this, whether the reading is wrong it tells me where my BP is at! Weird but I’ll take it!
