Wonderful for caregivers!
Great for caregivers. My mom had a stroke and this is easy for her to use if she needs help. I put one in the bathroom and one in her bedroom. The volume is loud so I can hear it wherever I am in the house.

It works, but…..
The system works great. There’s multiple times that you can change it to everything from calm music to an alert sound or one that sounds like a doorbell.That being said, the watch does not stay on. The band material is a silicone type. It comes undone from the buckle and the slide that holds the excess strap. No matter what you do, it comes undone. They need to improve the watch strap. For that reason alone I would not recommend. You also can’t change the strap out something else. And you have to take it off if you’re going to take a bath or shower because it’s only water resistant, not waterproof. The button for the lanyard around your neck is actually excessively big. It also is not waterproof. Only water resistant so that if you splash water on it you’re okay but if you take a shower or a bath it doesn’t do you any good you have to take it off.My granddaughter bought this for me because I have multi-strokes and I fall. That is how I injured my spine. And now using a roller walker and a wheelchair, I need more help than ever.
