Customers say
Customers find these pants excellent for post-surgery recovery, particularly for knee replacements, and appreciate their stretchy fabric and ease of use, noting they’re perfect for getting on and off. Moreover, the pants receive positive feedback for their functionality, with one customer mentioning they work well with 24/7 CAM boots. However, the zipper quality and sizing receive mixed reviews – while some find the zippers great and the pants run large, others report issues with zippers breaking off and the pants being too short. Additionally, opinions on quality are divided between those who find them durable and those who describe them as cheaply made.

Terrific choice for people with leg problems
Found these after thinking “you know, somebody ought to invent…” Dad has foot problems and a catheter so pulling pants off and on, even really loose sweat pants, was a tough challenge. These are great – sturdy Velcro on the waistband, and they zip both up and down. The only frustrating part is the double-zipper can be tough to get started at the bottom, because you need to hold the two zippers pulls together and then slide the zipper all the way down into it, then hold the lower one down while pulling the upper one up. Easy if you’re an octopus, hard if you’re a human with only two hands. But even after a dozen launderings, the zippers are still holding up.

Post knee replacement surgery, highly recommend
I searched a lot for pants to wear post knee replacement surgery. I discovered that women’s cost more! Settled on the men’s size approximately for me. They were selected given their functionality, softness but has not snagged yet but key feature is the 2-way zipper, minimal Velcro [can be an annoyance with laundering]. These are so helpful in bandage care etc. fairly priced. I do recommend.

Crotch to waist measurement excessively long.
Great pants. Only complaint is the waist to crotch measurement is way off. Excessively long, waist came up to under the arms, had to roll waist down several times. Inseam was correct size. I would have bought more but until the obvious error is corrected I’ll have to order elsewhere. I guess no quality control.

Wide leg, fits over brace, zippers are solid
Recovering from surgery, and have a bulky brace on my leg.Bought one pair of pants with velcro on sides and these with zippers. I *MUCH* prefer the zippers. Way easier to get on and off, with this brace on. They zip from the top down, or the bottom up and the zippers do feel pretty solid. The material has some stretch to it, and it is pretty comfortable.I’m not a large guy, and the fit is probably kinda big for normal wear but I got these specifically to wear post-surgery and they have been perfect for that.

Size issue
Should adjust the size chart the size that the chart said i should use was slightly large it said i needed a large but medium would have fit more compfortable and they are a little long. But thr quality is good.

Comfort with zippers
The fabric is soft and comfortable. The zippers and velcro work well. Time will tell.

Zipper Pull Break
I have purchased several pair over the past 3-4 months. Love them for my husband who has dementia. Initially the zippers worked great. Yesterday one of the zipper pulls just fell apart and there is no way to repair. Disappointed because these are not cheap pants.

This product is fantastic
My wife purchased these pants for me and they are simply perfect! I lost both of my legs below the knees 7 months ago. I now have my first set of prosthetic legs. These pants are so easy to put on and take off. If you are an amputee with prosthetic legs, you will enjoy the zippers that go all the way down (and up). These zippers are located on each side of the pants and allow you to get in and out of them very easily in spite of your prosthetic legs (and attached feet). I loved the first pants so much, we purchased 2 more pair in different colors. The pants are designed to hide the zippers. They look almost camouflaged with white striped lines that do a good job of hiding them. Having these pants has sure made my life much more enjoyable in spite of my disability.

These pants have been fabulous for my husband who just had his leg amputated. His physio person is actually going to suggest these to other patients. Fit is great and they work well for people with a new amputation
