Great log for people who are taking Diabetes seriously.
For me as a man who is finally taking his Type-II condition seriously, this book is facilitaing that effort very nicely. It has everything I needed for my journey; all the datapoints I want to track, lots of room to make notes, and at least a dozen or before/after glucose entry points. Spiral bound so no fighting paperback bindings.I would offer the publishers these recommendations:1) Add a “How to use” page at the begining to give folks a generic overview of to use the log.2) Double the number of page.3) Get some more on Amazon.

Pretty Handy
I took a chance and bought this handy book not knowing what to expect. I have a hard time remembering things especially after a few days. This book gives tow pages per day with plenty of room for notes! It covers farore than just tracking your diabetes. Blood pressure, sleep, food, meds and supplements, water, any excersize and even your mood/energy. Everything that you can think of the might effect ones glucose! Even has room for a small note about your day.It was modestly priced and could last someone a little over 90 days I think (I didn’t exactly count). It’s small enough to fit in a purse and light enough to carry around (8.5″×6″)Take a chance, track your numbers! You won’t be disappointed!!

Helpful Tool for Students with Diabetes!
As a school nurse, I purchased this diabetes log book for one of my students, and it’s been such a valuable tool. The layout is clear and easy to understand, with plenty of space for logging blood sugar readings, insulin doses, meals, and activity. My student has found it really helpful for keeping track of their daily care and sharing information with their parents and doctor. The sturdy cover and spiral binding make it durable enough for daily use. Overall, I highly recommend this log book for any student managing diabetes—it’s an excellent resource for staying organized and on top of health goals!

A basic, yet clear way to monitor daily blood sugar and calories
I was looking for a “diet” book that was oriented to blood sugar/glucose monitoring. The set up is very basic and straight forward and includes sections in the back for notes as well as sections devoted to lab work/A1c, etc… The only shortcomings were it did not account for other nutrients like protein, fat, salt etc.. and like many diet books, there was insufficient space to include all that I ate during a day. Perhaps reducing the lines for each meal and increasing the space at the bottom for snacks (or maybe I should eat less snacks?). Overall a good starting book for monitoring blood sugar/glucose, I just wished it had included spaces for the other nutrients and snacks.

All in one!!!
Great log to keep all food entries, meds & vitamins by the hour, effects on glucose, exercise, everything you need!!! Only thing better would be to make it pocket sized or digital app.

Monitor blood sugars
Really like this diabetic log book. I like the way it includes everything to log from wt, daily meal that you eat, meds, blood glucose for each meals (if required) etc. The Diabetes Log Book last about 2 months, I just ordered another for the next two months.

First daily page only!
The second page for each day is very useless to me. I need the same number of pages books with only the first page (“breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks” in it!
