Nice timer, magnetic back, stand, turn to set in 5 sec increments, quiet beep, batts not incl
This is a nice little timer which has been designed quite well, though some may find the beep a bit quiet. In a quiet room, it’s almost too loud, but in a kitchen, it might get missed, though it does beep for about 2 minutes (about a second off then a second on and repeating), so you shouldn’t miss it for most cases. Regarding the beep, theres a button on the back that you tap for 3 modes of beep. It goes Loud->Soft->None->Loud… etc. It beeps (or not) to show you how loud the beep will be when the timer hits zero. You should also know it is silent during the countdown and setting process. After being set or interacted with, the display auto-dims after a few seconds and then shuts off. There’s a button at the bottom of the display to turn it on (if display is off) or to start/stop/reset the timer. Turn the dial to the right to add time, and to the left to subtract it. If you go below 0, it starts again at 199m55s and you can more the dial to go lower than that. It takes 3 AAA’s (a minor annoyance) which none were included (unusual but not worth a star). It worked just fine from NiMH standard rechargable batteries. The pictures show it sitting flat (and measurements), on its side with the stand popped out, sitting on its stand, and magnetically sticking to a fridge. They also show the box front and back, as well as the directions (English side) – I tore them in half to make them fit in the picture better. Funny enough, the box shows 199m59s which is impossible for this timer. Max time is 199m55s not 59s. I doubt anyone will mind, but since the box picture it wrong, it seemed worth mentioning.

Great Timer with a Clear Display, But Missing a Magnetic Back!
I recently purchased this RZASL Digital Kitchen Timer, and it’s been very useful in the kitchen. The large LED display is easy to read from across the room, and the adjustable volume is a nice feature. The functions are very useful! My only real complaint is that it doesn’t have a magnetic back. I use my timer primarily on my refrigerator, so it would be really convenient if it could stick to it.I ended up using some adhesive magnetic strips, but it would have been nice if it had a built-in magnet.Overall this product is great and does what I needs to. It may not be perfect but comes close to.Even though there is no magnetic back, I still very much enjoyed this product and would definitely still recommend this!It has many options like up to 200 minutes of timing! As it is also an LED!I still may purchase this again! It does not need a back to be excellent! Recommended for purchase! Recommend this amazing item! A very high value product! Great buy!

Bright and loud
This works great and the alarm is nice and loud. It is easy to set, just turn the dial and press the start button. The alarm beeps for about a minute, so you really can’t miss it. I use this in a noisy classroom to time activities, and I can hear the alarm even over the class. The readability is good, the numbers are nice, large and bright. You are able to set the time quickly by turning the dial fast to skip numbers and set the time up to 199 minutes. Turn it slowly to set just one minute at a time. The magnet strength is great! I have this attached to my whiteboard and even though my kindergarten class tries to take it down to play with it, it takes them a bit of effort before they can actually grab it down, which is a good thing for me lol.A great value for the money! It would be great in your own kitchen or if you use it in a group setting like I do it would work great for that as well.

Not a loud alarm
I was very disappointed in this timer. I got it because the listing highlighted a loud alarm. I tried it several times, even with other people. I tried all the settings and I wasn’t able to get the volume high enough to reach the next room.As a timer it worked perfectly but I had to stay close. The physical timer feels very lightweight, I would be concerned about dropping it on our hard tile floor. To set the timer you twist the ring on the outside of the case. Turn it one direction and it counts up, twist it the opposite direction it counts down.

Nice, sleek-looking timer but alarm could be louder
This is a sleek, modern-looking timer that fits well in the palm of the hand and has magnets on the back for sticking to the fridge, as well as a small, plastic half circle that can be pulled out from the bottom to place it on a desk or kitchen counter. To set it, you turn a ring around the outside that is flush with the case, and then push the little button on the bottom of the face to start. It does minutes and seconds, no separate hour feature. It requires three AAA batteries. The only thing I don’t like about this is that the alarm isn’t very loud. It’s fine if I’m in the same room but when I walked to a bedroom in the back of the house I could barely hear it, even when I was listening for it. I also tried listening to music in the same room and again, I could barely hear it even though I was listening for it. It’s a little louder than the timer on my phone and iPad, but not nearly as loud as my old kitchen timer.I didn’t ding it a star because of the alarm, but I seriously thought about it.
