BEST Buy all year!!!
A recent hospital stay for my daughter (currently a cancer patient, but soon to be a cancer SURVIVOR!) included use of this particular type of mattress topper. It provided relief for the intense pain in her hip. Thank goodness we could buy one from Amazon.com!! After many sleepless nights, this thing provided the comfort and relief she needed to get some much needed rest. I just purchased another one for the chair. THANK YOU!!!

VERY Satisfied, works perfectly for a homemade Physical Therapy / Massage Table.
When the pad initially arrived I was concerned, it was tightly rolled and appeared small while compressed. However within 15 minutes of opening and laying fully out on a clean surface the pad thickened up and lengthened. The width is spot on. The length appears it may run slightly shorter, but then again it’s still expanding from being tightly compressed.My particular needs is for a physical therapy style homemade table for my rehabilitation (one thing I’ve realized in 25 years – rehab isn’t going to end within my lifetime.) On top of the cedar cabinet/table, we laid out this pad then a deluxe fitted fleece pad set for massage tables, then a body linen 3 piece flannel massage sheet set. The top surface is precisely 32″ x 74″. I ordered the 33″ x 76″ medical pad so there would be a slight amount of cushioning on all edges of the table. The massage table fitted fleece and sheet set fit this setup absolutely perfectly.Golden rule with this listing for the egg crate style foam pad: if you have any doubts as to the size or thickness for your needs, order it LONGER and THICKER than you presume you need since you can always cut the pad down to the length – several days after it’s allowed to open and fully expand. Also remember to order slightly wider or shift it off to the side if it will be laid on a hard surface to help cushion the edge.WARNING: Made of Urethane Foam – FLAMMABLE. Also be sure to let it off-gas for a few days to avoid the worst of the chemical smell. If it’s not tolerable, plan to use this pad UNDER a waterproof mattress pad to help deter the odor if it’s a problem. I’m chemically sensitive yet I did NOT experience any issues with this pad, thankfully.MADE IN THE USA – Duro-Med’s Toll Free customer Support is 877-505-6190.

I stacked three of these on the floor, and topped them with a heavy rectangular sleeping bag. It is the most comfortable bed in the house.

I just wish the 4 inch came in a bigger size. Its like sleeping on a cloud, relieves my hip and shoulder pain, stays cooler than memory foam. Doesnt compress into a flat hard base either. No smell, I dont care about how it looks around the edges as mine did look a bit squishy so perhaps some didnt give it a fair chance…. the main thing is I am finally able to sleep without pain and hope this helps others who need a soft but supportive base. It doesnt “sink in” and is easy to change positions on.

Extremely disappointed…the mattress came today and when I opened it and let it sit for an hour it was not near what was advertised.. I paid extra for the 3 inch and the mattress…it is just over two inches..I searched but did not see in the description anywhere that this item cannot be returned… one star from me.

You make it look thicker than it is.I ordered a 3 inch one and it looked thick enough in the pictures.The one I received was more like a 1 inch.You should show in your pictures exactly what part of the mattress is 3 inch.I’m not impressed with the product.WONT BUY THIS AGAIN!
