Customers say
Customers find the posture corrector effective at keeping shoulders back and helping with lower back issues, while also considering it decent quality and good value for money. However, the product receives mixed feedback regarding comfort and fit, with several customers reporting it’s extremely itchy and runs smaller than expected. Moreover, the Velcro quality is problematic, with customers noting it can be scratchy and requires precise placement.

Better Than Anticipated
Yes, it hurts. That’s because I’ve slouched most of my life and my body isn’t used to being propped up. I don’t understand the bad reviews that complain because it hurts after a while. So I’m going to be honest and tell you that my upper back is a bit sore and achy, but it’s nothing I can’t handle. Especially when the end result will mean I don’t hunch like the rest of my family.I’d tried correcting my posture on my own for a few months before deciding to give a device like this a shot. Frankly I was worried I’d pay a load of money for a poorly put together, awkward and painful device that would stretch over time. I also wanted to be able to wear it through the day without it being obvious what I was wearing. So I poured through various medical websites and things to find something that met my needs and I have to say, this has been the best value. It’s a lower tech device, meaning it doesn’t have weights hanging off or big bulky padded shoulders, but it’s also not just some basic piece of elastic strap. It’s light, durable, and after a week I’ve already seen improvements in my level of lower back and neck pain.I must note that this doesn’t correct the posture in your lower back, but it serves as a good reminder to straight up, so there is that as well. I’ve got no complaints there. The material is great, don’t let the word “foam” make you think it’s fragile. The shoulders and chest strap are also adjustable with velcro. And I suggest wearing a shirt underneath it because it will hurt otherwise. My typical attire is pretty wide around the neck, and doesn’t hide the thin t-shirt I wear underneath the harness, but normal clothes will easily hide it so you can wear it out and about.Don’t wear it all day! Like I said, you will be sore. That’s because it’s doing its job, it’s pulling your shoulders back and down and they’re not used to that. So be patient and use it on and off through the day. I usually go for two hours on, and two hours off, but I’ve since increased to three hours on and two hours off. Like I said, I’m not as sore as I used to be.It’s been a great device to use, and I suggest this over the others I’ve seen on this site. It’s not terribly expensive and it’s a good product. Real happy with the buy.

Does it’s job but extremely uncomfortable
On the pro side – it does what it says it is supposed to do- Helps posture. I am tall and have always slouched so I have a myriad of back problems now. With this on, it does help correct my posture and it makes my back feel better. Unfortunately the con for me is very bad and makes it pretty much unusable. The huge con is those straps under the armpits have rubbed my skin almost raw (just below and to the side of the armpits)- creating large red welts from just one day of use. This is even wearing it OVER clothes (t-shirt). It is summer now so I’m not going to wear something heavier. Anyway, It was so bad that even wearing a bra was painful for a couple days after just one day of wearing this. Also if that velcro snags any other part of the contraption by accident, it starts peeling the material off.So basically, it is only useful to wear once in a while for short periods of time unless you have underarms of steel.

Could not use it for more than an hour
Total armpit assassin… The material is light and strong, which is definitely a plus because it makes the brace absolutely invisible under clothes (which is the thing that I loved about it), but the part that goes under your arms kind of twists, so the material gets thinner and it really, really hurts. My skin was destroyed and I was so disappointed that I couldn’t use it more. I even tried putting it over a shirt but felt no relief. Bottom line? It does bring your shoulders back, but kills your underarms. You fix the top of the arm, mess with the bottom of it. It wasn’t for me, unfortunately.

Helped with neck pain
I had been suffering from chronic neck/shoulder pain for over two years. Massage, chiropractic, essential oils, TENS ultrasonic all helped but didn’t make it go away. This device made the pain go away because it addressed the root cause of the problem, poor posture. I found that the edge of the strap that goes in front and underneath my arm was uncomfortable. I found this to be a common issue with posture correctors. (I have had a couple of different types.) They need to push the shoulders and there is tension in the area in front and under the arm. Most people wouldn’t find this a problem but I have very narrow shoulders and am also extra sensitive in this area. I solved the problem by making the modification as seen in the photo. The device still works, but not as effectively as it would otherwise. This compromise is worth it to me. Even so, this is BY FAR the most comfortable posture corrector I have ever worn. My daughter recommended it and she wears hers all day, every day, without any modifications and finds it perfectly fine. I usually wear a size small top so I started with a size small. I purchased a second one and I went up to a medium and found it fits much better.

Fits quite well, ordered a medium and am a size 10. Instantly corrects your posture by holding your shoulders down and back. I couldn’t wear it all day, mostly because the velcro straps to the shoulder was rubbing or digging into my skin although I wore it over a vest top. Otherwise it wasn’t as uncomfortable as I expected. I’m going to keep persevering with it when I’m sat at my desk all day at work.

Good brace, not quite as much support as I thought there would be but then again Ive never worn a brace before. I am 5’7, 190 pounds and ordered a medium large if you are trying to figure out what size to get, I find it fits me well. It does dig a little in at the armpit but its meant to be tight so what can you do. Would buy it again and will buy a medium when I am too small for this one.

je n’ai pas apprécié ce redresse dos car les courroies qui passent sous les bras brûle la peau et cela est douloureux.

Grazie, ho ricivuto IL pacco. Il articolo è buono, comodo di usare. La taglia è un po’ grande però va bene.
