Real comfort
I have tied many memory foam cushions that claim they conform to your shape and give good support. Your cushion did both, and it was not rock hard like the other memory foams, and the channel down the middle and withe the space in the center gives more comfort that I needed for sitting.

Hard as a Rock
Wow. For something that is supposed to be a comfort product, this item is NOT that. It’s hard and unforgiving. I thought the front & back cutouts were a nice twist to take pressure off the central groin & coccyx line but it’s a negligible assist (?) that is overshadowed by the hard, unforgiving nature of the entire pad. Hste to waste my money.Also, it’s vacuum-packed. I could not pull it out of the container. The geniuses put a handle on the top that you unzip to get to the pad instead of on the bottom where you have to grip so it can be pulled out of the top. I gave up. It’s not supposed to be a contest to get what you buy out of its container. I had to carefully cut my way through. Not happy to discover it’s not a soft, supportive product.

Eased pain
This cushion worked well for my husband after having a prostatectomy and help him have less pain then other things we tried to ease his pain when sitting.

Hard as a rock
Well constructed, quality cushion but hard as a rock. I couldn’t use it since I couldn’t tolerate the increased pain on my sit bones. I suppose it could work if you have a high tolerance for hard surfaces since the cutout seems like it would work for pudendal neuralgia, which is why I bought it. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Il cuscino sembra di buona qualità ed e’ funzionale per alleviare la pressione in zona pelvica e lombare, quindi ottimo per problemi di prostata/ emorroidi e lombari poiché la sua forma da “U” consente di sedersi sui muscoli ischiocrurali( muscoli posteriori della coscia) ed essere sostenuti evitando di poggiare e premere sulle zone da conservare che risultano situate nella zona vuota ad “u” del cuscino.Lo consiglio.

Da altura de unos 6cm sentado. Evita que se apoye la zona de delante y de detrás. En una anciana con cadera rota ha sido una solución tanto para evitar escaras como para elevar el sillón. Un acierto
