What happened to quality inspection
I was very excited about this wheelchair, except it came broken! The arm rest lock on both sides are broken off such that it’s totally unsafe to use. It otherwise looks like a really good wheelchair but the plastic locks need to be stronger! Really bummed about it. Do they not inspect returned items?

Dysfunctional chair
The worst. The posts on the footrest are positioned towards the front, so your heel hits them. We extended the seat, but the Velcro strap does not connect properly. The latch for the arm release does not hold securely, resulting in some give. The worst feature is the bar that juts from the end of the arms. When you reach back to sit, instead of grabbing the padded armrest, you hit your hand on that bar.

Sturdy, stable support, good value.
Great product for a good price. Low profile, very maneuverable and provides good support. My add-on standard-sized wheelchair cushion fits perfectly. Very sturdy construction, high stability. Cushioned armrests.Low axle height limits leg support length. At 6’, adding a seat cushion worked well, tho taller people may prefer a model with higher axle height and longer leg supports. Recommend.

Great Wheelchair, but we found out (too late) that insurance won’t reimburse for one bought online. It must be purchased through an approved provider. What a racket!

No footrests?!
I ordered this chair for my sister. We love the chair, but the foot rests were not included. Does it come with foot rests, or do I need to order separately?

plastic parts are prone to failure under normal use.
After two weeks, the plastic swivel bracket for one of the arms broke. The arm now flops all the way back and hits the floor.

Footrests uneven, bent
The footrests were not right. We could not get them to line up evenly. Amazon was good about taking the return.

Five Stars
Works exactly as described. My 92 year old dad uses it with ease.
