Excellent value. Durable snd easy to use.
Excellent value. I purchased this unit as an inexpensive means to breaking in high end audio interconnects. I run CD signals through the new cables by playing the CD on repeat for hundreds of hours non-stop. This little champ just keeps going without failure. Sound quality is not important in this process, but it sounds reasonably good. The video picture quality is also good, though I did not watch full length movies. Just a few snips to test it. Overall it’s very durable. Seems well made and performs well. Set up is easy as is use. For the money I’ve not seen better. Well done.

customer service immediately addressed the problem
about 2 weeks short of a year, this unit has decided that it no longer wishes to play our DVDs. Guess you get what you pay for. – Edited – at the time, I also sent email to the seller – through the Amazon link – I got an immediate response, and once I answered some questions about what was wrong, they replaced the player! I was so impressed – each time I sent info, they responded immediately. The player works great, and I really loved the level of customer service.

Decent dvd player
It’s a good little dvd player for the price. It plays right out of the box. I looked at setup, but I didn’t know half the options, so I didn’t do it. The most annoying thing is the light which is very bright. The off light isn’t needed. I pull the plug when it’s turned off. For the price, this is a small inconvenience. Most important is that it works well, at least for only having used it only a few times.

Amazing and easy to use.The light does stay on if it’s connected to a power source,It’s okay since I don’t stay in that room all day anyways.The cost is decent as I really wanted a small dvd player that didn’t break the bank perfect!.The size is good as it fits under my tv perfectly,The dvd quality is perfect as the dvd scenes are good and the sound.Now I’m telling you I’m a young adult with no experience on connecting dvd players to a tv so that’s saying something it’s very easy to connect and the instructions are easy to read!.

Best customer service
Our old DVD player finally gave up. With our carefully curated collection of favorite movies sitting idle, we started shopping for replacement and selected this one. It was exactly what we wanted and were very pleased with the simple set up, operation, compact size, and quality of the playback. After a couple of weeks, it started being temperamental about loading a disc when inserted. I contacted customer service. My experience was outstanding. I received a prompt (reply with an apology for the inconvenience) and a replacement player shipped within a day with no need to ship the malfunctioning unit back. Absolutely the best customer service experience. So far, the new one is functioning perfectly.

Faulty product, but customer service was 10/10
Stopped working not even 2-years in. It refuses to read discs. ELECTCOM PRO DVD Player.
I love this DVD player. This is the Electcom Pro. I’ve bought it in the past. My last one lasted 13 months. That may not seem long to many but since I was a little girl I have slept with the TV on and the player is used about 10-14 hours daily. I don’t have tv set up in my bedroom but I have a lot of DVD’s. This model allows you to set it on repeat all, so it loops. Some of my DVD’s are tv series. On a regular player you have to click play for each episode. With this one you set it for repeat all and it plays from the time I go to bed to the time I turn it off when I get up in the morning. It’s great when I’m in bed sick. The picture is clear and sharp and the sound is great. The player is small and compact. The price is very affordable which these days many of us have to pinch pennies. The quality is good. HDMI cable? Well it comes with both cable hook up or like I use direct hook up to the tv. This player is multiregional and I have had no problems with DVD’s from the UK, Canada or Australia or the USA. I received my player in two days. I recommend this player to any one who is an avid DVD player like myself. My thanks to the seller.

Really good DVD. I like it a lot. It plays all the different regions of DVDs I have. The picture is good, at least to me. I read before purchasing that some of the buyers had an issue with the remote. I find it absolutely all right. No issues so far. And I have quite big hands. 🙂 Installation was quick and basically, I had to connect it and it started to work.Really good item. Very good for the price. Really small. I don’t find it loud. To me is quiet. Of course, when the DVD is loading, you can hear it loading, but while watching, no issues at all.So, my personal opinion about this small DVD is 5/5. Exactly what I needed.
