Pretty handy gadget to have if you have problems opening cans
I bought this because I will be 69 later this year, and it is getting harder to open cat food cans at all, and certainly without breaking my nails. I find this product to be very sturdy. It’s a tiny bit hard to use if the can’s tab is very close to the can. It can be difficult to get the handle under the tab. (I suggest they flatten the end a little.) However, once you get the tab started, this gadget actually pulls the tab up, opens the can, and pulls the top off! I only expected it to pull the tab up. I was pleasantly surprised. I expect to get a lot of use out of this, and will recommend it to others.

When trying to get the ring tab off a can of soup, the whole ring tab flew off and hit me in the eye. Had to open it with electric can opener. I would give it less than one star if that was an option.

My mom has trouble opening a specific brand of cat food so I found this for her. Because the design lets you use your whole hand and not just a finger to pull the tab, it’s muuuch easier. The rubber on the handle is nice and soft to grip and the rubber on the curved part ensures it doesn’t slip around on the can when you’re using it. Great design, highly recommended.
