Most helpful for handicapped
I bought this when I broke my shoulder and it was a Godsend. I can’t say enough about how helpful it has been. Now that I have healed I’m still finding it useful

Must have for after shoulder surgery
This cutting board was great for after my shoulder surgery. I am right handed and had surgery on my right shoulder. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do anything as I am super awkward using my left arm/hand. I was able to chop/shred/peel and do all the other things to cook for myself. I am super stubborn and independent so it was nice to still be able to cook for myself. My only complaint is that it’s a hand wash item and would pick up a lot of lint from whatever I dried it with.

Unsafe Peeler Location
Needs a cover for the peeler.

This got me thru a hand surgery.
This came in handy after a hand surgery I could still cook and take care of myself.

Needs more space than it’s worth
I was disappointed. The work space is limited due to the prongs sticking up. Storing is a problem. It can’t be propped on its side because the prong guard falls off. This means it needs more flat storage than it’s worth. Never even tried the mandolin. It went to the yard sale pile. I didn’t get to trying it out in enough time to return since I was away.

Great quality
This is such great quality, this helps tremendously for people who need more assistance in the kitchen. Very accessible for individuals to use

My cooking habits return
I’m a stroke survivor with a dominant hand tremor and spasticity. I’ve learned to be left handed but spreading, cutting, shredding, and using anything that needs the skin off of it needs adapting. This system has given me the world and built in options I’m finally finding my own way in the kitchen again. I find joy looking up recipes knowing I can figure it out again.
