Amazon Customer –
The most important thing to know is that she loves this headset.
I Bought these for my daughter who works full time and uses the headset everyday. Sound quality is excellemt, the bluetooth is wonderful and to break it down they fit great, they are comfortable and the design is just what she needed. Also the value for the money was right within our spending limits,

Not exactly “noise cancelling” yet still very good!
Not exactly “noise canceling” as i do not detect any difference in ambient sound when they are turned on or off. Although that’s not a deal breaker. The headphones are lightweight, decent sound quality, and have a very long battery life. Pairing and making calls is easy. And the sound quality of the microphone is very good. Overall a huge value for the price compared to other brands!

Good for Working From Home
I work from home and desperately needed a comfortable new headset. This headset has been great so far, it connects easily to my work computer and the battery is long lasting, enough to get me through the day. I really appreciate that the padding on the headphones are comfortable and doesn’t push super hard into your ears, which most headsets are like. I no longer have ear pain after wearing my headset all day for work. I am paranoid about background noises from my house, so I always apologize to my coworkers if they hear anything… my dog was squeaking a toy right next to me and my coworkers said they could not hear it at all. So it definitely blocks out background noises. I like that it is designed to have a detachable microphone, however, I don’t think the sound quality is great enough to just use these to listen to music. When in meetings, I hear my coworkers clearly and calls sound crisp. I would say based on comfort, these are a great value for the money, does it exactly what you would need for a work from home job with a lot of calls/meetings. They are lightweight and practical for use all workday. My only complaint is there isn’t a button to mute yourself, which I tend to use a lot in calls, but the comfort outweighs needing that feature.

good for voice , not good for music headphones
I dont own any edifier sound device but normally I see good reviews, unfortunately this headphones does not live to the brand, First of all it is very light, plastic feel, aesthetically is well designed but when wearing it is not that confortable. The drivers are fixed and not able to swivel leaving a gap on the front of my ears. On the other hand, the cushion feels good and the overall light weight makes this device confortable to wear with the issue I mentioned before. Music sound quality is good but a very low level, although sound is clear it just does not have the power, this is more noticieble as you wear it for longer time, lows and highs the start dissappearing. The headphones has an app, edifier connect that pairs seamlesly, no issues here, you can manipulate some settings, the most unique feature is a feature on the app called sidetone mode where you can monitor your voice or sort of making this headphone a good choice for either phonecalls or gaming. The microphone is not integrated, it can be detached from the unit if you are not using but allows you to positiones for the best voice reception. Overall, this is not a headphone for music, it must be considered it as a good choice for voice calls.

Fine
These are okay but volume, sound stage, bass, depth of sound, could all be better. I would say these are good budget headphones but I have no idea what they cost but if your getting them thinking their gonna be higher end, I think your mistaken. Open or semi open headphones are vastly better sounding typically and overall while there work fine they do have audible flaws.

Good value, great for video conferences and music!
Overall, I like these headphones and think they are a good value. I use them mostly for video conferences, so the sound quality isn’t critical, but I do find them to sound quite pleasant while listening to music. You can download the Edifer ConneX app to customize the EQ or to switch between Music and Sidetone modes. Sidetone mode uses the microphone to feed your own voice back into the headset. I find sidetone mode to be useful for video conferences or other cases where I’m speaking. For some reason, you can’t set a custom EQ when sidetone mode is on.The only issue I’ve had with these headphones is the Bluetooth multipoint connection. I have them paired with my Mac Mini and my phone (Pixel 8 Pro), and if both are on, it will automatically connect to both, but the phone only stays connected for a short while. The phone works just fine as long as the Mac is off or out of range, or if I re-pair the headphones with my phone.I’ve found that the headphones will act like a microphone even if the mic is removed, although the volume level is quite low. There is no wired input, so you can only listen through a Bluetooth connection, so make sure you keep your battery charged. These are not noise cancelling headphones, so they aren’t great for airplanes or noisy environments. They do cover my ears, so there’s some reduction of outside noise, but it’s not as effective as headphones with active noise cancellation.Battery life is very good. I typically use them for 2 to 3 hours per day and only have to charge them once every couple of weeks. Charging is through a standard USB-C connection, which is handy.Overall, I’m quite pleased with these headphones. The Bluetooth multipoint connection issue is an annoyance, but it could be a quirk of my phone and may not happen with other phones.

Edifier are a mid range brand, so I think they try to offer you good quality, without the obvious eye watering/wallet lightening effects from premium manufacturers.Build feels good, and the headphones are solid with no creaks. Easy to insert and detach the microphone as well, for when you just want to use them for music. There is no case supplied with these, but then most of the time these will be used at home or the office. Bluetooth pairing was easily using either my phone or PC, and range was very good with no dropout. Comfort wise they are quite light, so are good for longer wearing sessions. Earpads are soft and don’t dig in over time. Over ear as well, which I prefer.Sound quality is above average, and they are good for a long music session. Musical and not harsh like some cheaper headphones can be. Battery life lasts for ages as well. The Mic does a good job of cutting out virtually all background noise and is nice and clear for its budget. And you also get more functions as well if you want to use Edifiers Connex app. I think this price point, is where you seem to get the best value headphones. Manufacturers try to give you good quality at a reasonable price. And these Edifier headphones, are worth their relatively inexpensive price tag. Good value.
