Strong magnets can be easily sewn into an object with a size 14 needle. Will not affect Computerized sewing machines.

Theyr’e just all right. Not as strong as I hoped, and certainly do not stick through my finger like in the photo. Will not work for my purposes, but I will keep them and maybe something will come up.

Very weak magnets
Very weak magnets. Tried using these with leather but even through the thinnest leather they would not stick together at all. Maybe for fabric, but even bare they barely stick together. Won’t buy again.

Not strong enough for double layer of fabric
While the concept is great, the magnets don’t quite hold up to what they suppose to do. Placed between Double layer of silk fabric and there is almost zero hold. Not a good thing to be dancing and have the closures on my blouse come apart. Also the plastic casing is not good for clothing as it is stiff and unforgiving. I removed the plastic and sewed into the clothing. Also, a good thought but since they are not strong enough, I will go back to the basic, dependable snap. Sorry, really wanted to like these,

Decent strength and easy to sew
I used these magnets to make the closures for several clutch bags. They worked fine and are strong enough to attract through one layer of decent weight fabric. They were easy to sew on my machine & I don’t sew all that often. I would buy these again.

These magnets are not strong enough to b used in a sewing application. One layer of fabric over each magnet renders them to weak to use.
