Works well to ease eczema itch and pain!
Got this for my son’s flaring eczema on his inner elbows. Helps ease the itch and pain and it’s super comfortable that he even slept with it on. It’s adjustable so perfect for his tiny arms. I do wish it stayed cold longer but the good thing is I can slip another ice pack under and this holds it in place nicely!

Helps tennis elbow
Great for tennis Elbow! It is not too tight and provides mild compression. The adjustable straps are not needed to keep the pack on the arm, but the lower one is just where an arm band is worn for tennis elbow. I tightened the lower strap to provide more support for the muscle/tendon/nerve that is inflamed. The material is flexible and supportive at the same time. The plastic bag to store the pack while freezing is almost too small, but I just don’t zip it up and it works fine.

This elbow ice pack is really useful! It’s compact and easy to carry anywhere perfect for my son’s baseball games or practices.He using after play and rest arms. We used to have a shoulder ice pack with a sling, but it was too big and hard to bring along. This one is much more convenient, and my son says it’s very comfortable to use. He’s quite skinny, but the adjustable straps fit him well and can also fit an adult’s arm. You can even use it as a heat pad, so it works both ways really handy!

I have had knee issues that come and go and was looking for something that might help ease the discomfort and hopefully make the healing process a bit faster.It is a slip-on design that wraps around and has straps to hold it in position securely. I find it holds up well around the house and for short walks. but it isn’t the kind of thing I’d want on for a long hike. The material at the back makes it easy to bend, which is means you don’t have to keep your leg straight all the time.You can use hot or cold therapy, which is good as there are pros and cons to both and it saves having to have two different straps to achieve these two things.It is a lot easier than holding a bag of peas on it and the results have been very encouraging.
