A must-have if you’re always cold like me

I run a campground and we have about 20 electric blankets in use. I’m happy with the price and quality. But very happy with their customer service. We had 1 unit with a defective controller. As the weather was cold, we needed that unit in service and I’m happy to report that their customer service was a pleasure to deal with and they had a replacement delivered very quickly.

Not perfect but it will do!
I have a cold intolerance so anything with heat is a winner in my book (the winter months are brutal). And while this blanket is a winner, it is not perfect. Some areas get too hot, while others are not hot enough. The side that does not heat well is not the side I use so I can live with that. I love the single control (which can be difficult to find) and the length of the control. Also, the control light does not stay on (another winner). The blanket is very soft and keeps me warm and for the price, I cannot complain. There are probably more consistent heat-dispersed electric blankets available but not within my price range.

The only heating pad I would recommend to my best friend
This is the best heating pad I’ve ever had. One of the features that I love about it is that the outside cloth cover is part of the pad itself so you don’t run into that annoying situation where the heating pad gets all rumpled up and it’s difficult to get the outside cover to evenly square with it. This heating pad is very comfortable and has settings that are ideal for whatever situation is called for. It has a removable plug that allows you to wash it, although, admittedly, I have not tried that out yet. I have used it now for over a month and found it to be very soothing and relaxing. It’s been helpful for some aches and pains and for relaxing me at night before I go to sleep. They have warnings to turn it off and maybe even unplug the item if you’re going to sleep, which I think is wise. But it’s a great way to warm up the bed or for a few minutes rest it on your upper chest, which helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which relaxes you. I find that makes it easier to fall asleep. The key is just remember to turn it off before you fall asleep, just to be extra safe, although it does turn off on its own after awhile. The only thing is that the instructions are very incomplete, but if you contact the company itself, they are very helpful in sending you more complete instructions via email. In fact, the customer service in general has been outstanding! I would definitely recommend this heating pad to my best friend!

Not your warm blanket
Barely heats . If you are hoping for warmth, this is not your blanket. I would have returned it had I not tossed the box. I use it for a “blanket” and hope for a warm winter.

Electric blanket
Heats up quickly, easy to regulate temperature. Feels good and cozy but, the blanket slips around and it ends up around my neck and mid section. Off my feet area and it makes the bed difficult to make up in the morning. Sounds weird I know but, I like blankets that stay in place. I am in a hurry and I want to throw the blankets back and put shams back and go. That is why I will be getting another heated blanket for next winter.
