Firmness is Perfect. When Cold it is Extra firm but it warms & softens quickly w/out going flat Ever. Great Quality Memory Foam. Works FANTASTIC for Long Car Rides! Wish lumbar support was a little higher & I’m 5ft tall. Other than that this is Truly Perfect for those w/ Sciatica, Spine Issues, Burning, & Legs going to sleep!!! Truly a GREAT Worth It Purchase!!!!

Not for everyone
The tailbone cut out is too large and was creating unwanted pressure by constantly spreading my cheeks. It made my lower back hurt more. I wouldn’t recommend this and would search elsewhere for better supportive cushions.

Need firmer support for my lower back pain.
The cushion’s design did not fit my individual needs. I need a much firmer support for both the seat cushion and for my lower back. Prior to purchasing, I had read in some reviews that the back was too low. However, since I did not need it to support my upper back, I thought the design would be perfect. Unfortunately, the back was indeed too low and also too soft to effectively provide the support my lower back needs.
