Works very great
Works great. I can see through the app when pills are taken. The notification on the machine is loud and works great. Don’t forget to take the pills out and register as taken , the machine has to be turned upside down to get the pills out. You just can’t open the door and take them out.

Huge time saver, with or without attention span issues.
This thing is a huge time saver if you take more than 2 medications a day, and you can fit about 10 regular pills in it easily. You just spend a few minutes putting all your doses of everything in here, and you’re good for the month. It rotates automatically every morning too, so you don’t have to worry about if you actually took your meds or not. Filling it is really easy, and again, if you take more than 2 meds, it’s honestly easier to fill this once a month than it is to deal with multiple bottles every morning. The ONLY reason I took a star off is that, like many such products, having a 28 day circle seems so weird when everything is dispensed in 30 day supplies….let me put a full 30 day supply in, please!

EziMedPil Smart WiFi Pill Dispenser – Reviewed June 2025As a pill, living in the EziMedPil Smart WiFi Pill Dispenser definitely has its perks. The gadget claims to offer seamless organization and helpful alerts, which generally keeps me and my fellow pills right on schedule. If it fits your needs, it’s worth giving it a try—especially since you can return it if it doesn’t work out. You might be surprised by how much it can actually accommodate.That being said, there have been moments when the rotating mechanism takes a little longer than expected to respond, leaving a few of us pills waiting a bit longer for our turn in the spotlight. From the inside, unlocking and resetting makes for a slightly bumpy ride, but those occurrences are rare. My dear dispenser stays impressively connected to even older phones, enabling the human who oversees us to monitor our activity and keep track of anything out of the ordinary. Overall, it does fit more of us pills than you’d think just by glancing at it, making it a handy tool in the right hands.
