It works really well!
It works beautifully. I can feel the massage actually working up into my ankles and the bottom of my calves! I love it!

Not happy
I’ve tried different floor types and different settings and have not found a way to make it work.To much of a problem to return so I just lost some money.

Disappointing Foot Stimulator – Not Worth the Price
I bought this Foot Stimulator hoping for some relief from my tired, aching feet. Unfortunately, the results were underwhelming, and the product feels overpriced for what it delivers. The usability is a major issue. While the device itself is lightweight and easy to use, the stimulation is quite weak. I found myself constantly adjusting the intensity, but even at the highest setting, the effect wasn’t significant enough to provide any real noticeable pain relief or muscle relaxation.Furthermore, the advertised benefits of muscle relaxation and pain relief simply didn’t translate to my experience. I felt no significant difference in my foot fatigue after using it. The variety of setting doesn’t really work all of the time. The cost seems excessive for a product that simply doesn’t live up to its claims. I wouldn’t recommend this device to anyone looking for genuine pain relief or a powerful muscle stimulation experience. There are likely more effective and affordable options available.

Cleaner than traditional TENS units
Having used several TENS units I find this to be an interesting concept, as no electrodes are needed. It works best on the muscles of my feet and legs. I don’t feel much relief when I use it on my arms. The controls are easy to use, and I like how portable this is and that no cleanup is necessary afterwards. It’s a good value.

Take the time to experiment with modes, intensities and on different days!
This is my second TENS EMS foot and leg stimulation pad. I ordered it mainly because I wanted to have another one available for my husband to use too, AND because the price was great! My first one cost quite a bit more than this one!I know the potential benefits of TENS and EMS for many symptoms and ailments. Personally, I have used a TENS unit in different ways with favorable results. I worked 40+ years in hospitals and clinics providing Physical Therapy to a wide variety of patients. It was a standing job that took its toll on MY body in many ways over all those years. Besides some joint wear and tear, one of my biggest problems has been poor circulation in my legs. It was further exacerbated with two pregnancies carrying large babies -also while standing all day at work. Recently, I was diagnosed with Lymphedema. In addition to compression garments and compression machines, another suggested treatment is said to be TENS EMS foot and leg stimulation pads. It’s reported to help increase circulation so how could I turn down trying something that could help?I charged the pad using the USB Micro cord that came with the pad. I like the fact that the Controller can be put on either side of the pad depending on which surface you want to put your feet on. One side is smooth and the other has raised molded nubs that feel good against the bottom of my feet, like acupressure. When removing the controller for washing or switching to the other side, I would recommend holding onto the surface of the pad where the snaps are attached next to the controller so it doesn’t pull too much on the pad. I also like how this stimulator pad controller shows the name of the numbered mode so you know what treatment you are selecting. (My other pad just has it numbered.)Once I selected the mode and increased the intensity, the TENS/EMS sensation of this pad was felt. I’m aware that sensation can vary for different reasons from my physical details such as my amount of swelling, and what mode I selected. Sometimes increasing or decreasing intensity will also vary from day to day, use to use, and sometimes the sensation may start out light and become more apparent the longer the treatment continues. I can start feeling it in my feet only, then gradually all the way up to my knees-sometimes without even increasing intensity! I would strongly suggest that you explore and experiment with your pad several times, in different ways, from different modes, intensities, to how you place your feet on it. For example, If I lean back in my chair or recliner too much, there’s less pressure on my feet and in turn less pressure and contact with the pad. Since I don’t really want to stand on the pad all the time for treatments, I stay aware of the pressure and contact my feet have on it by sitting more upright or occasionally standing. Treatments have felt really good and it makes my legs feel rejuvenated. Even a little bit of comfort goes a long way!Overall, I really like this pad, and the price was definitely worth it!
