This girdle has been ideal for me. It is comfortable, does not squeeze me and, despite being tight, it is very breathable. It helps me with the control of the abdomen and, in addition, the buttock lift gives me a more beautiful shape. The quality is excellent and I can use it all day without discomfort. Highly recommended for postpartum moms.

I loved her from day 1
It arrived super fast. I needed it urgently because I had a treatment, and in just a few days it worked its magic. It shapes incredibly well, and you can wear any type of garment because it’s invisible. This shapewear is the best. It has underwires that define your waist and flatten your abdomen. It’s super comfortable.

No compression
No compression for me!!! I’m 5’4 , 183lbs. I purchased a sz XL. It serves no purpose for me. After struggling to get it hooked then zipped it was no compression. Maybe I should have gotten a Lg instead. But I did like the concept of the design and the opening for the bathroom. This was for my Stage 2/3. It just did not work for me.

Not even close on sizing
I’m 5’7, 180 lbs, 38” waist, 47” hip, and my normal pant size is XL. Based on this product’s size chart, I ordered a size up to XXL.It’s not just tight, not just a stretch. It actually doesn’t give that much in terms of stretchiness. I can’t even come the slightest bit close to fastening this. Several inches open across the front no matter how hard I pulled on it. So I measured it. Side to side the waist is only about 13.5”, so 27” around. Same thing on the hips: 18”, or 36” around. I also don’t see the point of the three rows of hooks to adjust the size, because the zipper closes it at the smallest setting.Yes I understand that it needs to be smaller than my actual body to suck me in, but is any garment going to take 10-11” off? No it is not.It’s also too short for my torso even at the longest adjustable setting on the shoulder straps. It’s about 29” from shoulder to crotch. I could use an extra couple of inches.So be aware that these run very small. One size up from my normal size was nowhere close, to the point that I wouldn’t even bother trying the 3XL. It does seem well constructed and would be firm control. The zipper crotch is a nice feature. But I can’t get past the major sizing discrepancy.
