Great Back Brace!
Diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis three months ago. PT made pain worse. Was put on nerve medication which helps but does not alleviate hip soreness/pain, thus causing me to not stand up straight.Day 1: I decided to try the above back brace to help with my posture. I immediately read the instructions, put it on and..AMAZING..after one hour, my hip and back pain were gone! No afternoon OTC med needed! It fit great under my sweater, not bulky at all. Wore it until 7:00pm. Took med at 8:00pm, still felt good before going to bed at 9:30pmDay 2: the brace went on at 9:00am, it’s now 4:00pm, still on and very comfortable, no pain, and making me stand up straight! Yippee! One happy old gal!

Worth it!
Absolutely love! It’s a wonderful lower back brace with medium stretchy but sturdy material and has what seems to be hard plastic boning in the back for extra support, meanwhile correcting posture issues. This is only mean to support or brace your lower back. Easy mobility and doesn’t lose its support. This is extremely common with other brands and different back braces. This ones support surprised me. There is even an elastic waist band with Velcro to hold it firmly in place and adjust to your body measurements or comfort level. It has very firm or sticky Velcro. I got my hair and a lace shirt stuck on it a few times. It is relatively easy to use because it has easy take off and put on access. Though as I said the Velcro is very firm or sticky and peeling it back is difficult. It’s a little bulky as well in the back but not too noticeable. It thins and shapes the waist. I’d say overall wearing it over a shirt at home or under your clothes at work, is a perfect use for this lower back brace.My back has really needed this!

Does Many Things Very Well!
I gift ‘em to anyone in my world whose life can be changed by this device.My requirement was for lumbar support and it Nailed it!I carry it wherever I go. I never want to be anywhere without it. Either in the car or am wearing it.If ever Any lifting is required my first thought is my preparation (e.g., transporting water into the house, etc.). When in pain it relieves. Wear it before and it prevents!I am extremely happy about the performance of this belt.Comfortable, easy to use, and can be worn while sitting!Great product!😃

A godsend
This provided immediate relief and support. I said “Ahhh” the moment I put it on. The two sets of straps (one set to put it on, and another elastic set to cinch it up tighter) is a brilliant design. I actually took off work today because my lower back was hurting so badly, and this is just the ticket – will wear tomorrow as well. Very well made. I do wish the lumbar pad was a bit thicker and slightly convex instead of flat. The blue bars in the picture are just to show you that bars are there I guess, there aren’t any blue bars on the actual product, mine is all black.Thank you to Amazon for getting products like this to a customer so quickly rather than them having to drive all over town in pain to find something that looks like it might work and is the right size. I can highly recommend this product to those experiencing lower back pain.Don’t go off your pant size, measure where it is supposed to go particularly if you have a bit of a belly as I do. Can’t go wrong with one size up if you’re close to the limit, it’s very adjustable. Better to have extra than not enough. An excellent purchase and a bargain for the quality of the item.
