Easy BBT and sleep tracking
I have been using the ring for months now. I wanted to be able to give an honest review. The ring is tight but not uncomfortable. I can wear it on either the ring or middle finger. It has successfully tracked and showed the difference in BBT throughout my cycle. This is helpful since I’m trying to conceive.When I was having issues customer service quickly responded and helped me. The app for the ring is free and makes tracking easier. I would definitely recommend this ring for tracking BBT as well as sleep.

Great smart ring
recently purchased the Femometer Ring 1, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This smart ring has exceeded my expectations in several ways, making it a valuable addition to my daily wellness routine. I love that it tracks my sleep and well as predicting ovulation, so I can easily track my bbt as we are ttc! Also I have to add the ring is much more comfortable than the sizing rings.

Limited sizing all too small
Really bummed that none of the rings fit. Unfortunately the 9 is a little too small and was hoping that I would be able to order a ring but having only 4 sizes to choose from I guess works for the majority of the female population just not me.

Helpful! Smaller feel than ring though
This is really helpful to determine your size. However, I wish I would have known that the ring is more slippery than these sizers are. I was between sizes and ordered up, but it’s borderline too big and I wish I had ordered down instead.

Great for BBT
I’ve been very happy with this ring! I use it to track BBT to help with cycle interpretation, specifically TTA pregnancy. The app works well, the charge lasts at least a week, and the daily sync of the BBT is quick. The ring fits well and is durable. It also tracks sleep. I find this ring much easier to wear at night than a smartwatch. If you are on the fence about buying it, I say do it. I’ve been nothing but pleased with the app and performance of the ring.

Great for stabilizes your menstrual cycle.
I am a Holistic Business Coach & I was having a little issue with my cycle being too short. I have remedies to use but needed to dial in WHEN to take & use them. This gave me exactly what I needed! It is light comfortable & has lots of additional features!
