Fast read, accurate information, easy to use
Works great, readings are accurate. Turns itself off after a few moments of no use to help save battery life. Type on menu screen is small but easy to figure out. Will definitely add this to my medical bag.

    Erroneous readings
There’s no way the oxygen readings of this device are correct. If they were, I would be a corpse.

Easy to use at home or while traveling.
This pulse oximeter was easy to use right out of the box and functions well. The instructions were helpful. It is small and portable. Good quality, brightness, and seems to be accurate.

Hard to read, annoyingly overcomplicated, not accurate in my experience
Several years ago, we had a pulse oximeter. Post-covid, I often used it to measure heart rate during exercise and meditation to monitor various goals and benchmarks. It was dropped on the floor, which destroyed it.I was happy to get a replacement for this simple task. But pulse oximeter by MANHERO is over-engineered and has overly complicated instructions. The extra capabilities (screen rotation, alarm, multiple settings) make it prone to error or failure and the excessive instructions are inappropriate for seniors or the less than technically-adept.The user manual is a paper strip 3 inches wide and 28 (yes, 28) inches long, double-sided, all in English. It is unnecessarily complex; I don’t know if the goal is to make the product appear more sophisticated than it is, avoid liability, or what. The only positive is that although the product is made in China, the English is pretty clear. The diagram of the product is not an exact match of the product design. The instructions say “install the batteries” without any clue (including in the diagrams) as to where the battery cover is, or how to open it. Did I figure it out? Of course, but how one can have nearly 5 feet of tiny text without having some simple start up page?During use, the screen displays a screen of information which can be rotated in 4 different directions. My prior pulse oximeters showed two things: my heart rate, and blood oxygen saturation rate, in large LED figures. This device has a smaller overall display screen. The pulse rate is 3 millimeters tall, and the saturation number is 5 millimeters tall.I compared the pulse rate with that of my blood pressure monitor, and an app on my phone. This MANHERO oximeter was always and average of 3 beats lower. My blood saturation rate varied widely, and often provided levels <80%, clearly inaccurate for me, a non-smoking, non-asthmatic with healthy lungs. Perhaps there was a way to adjust or tweak this device that would have given me more accurate readings. Holding down the button brings up a screen that I think are settings, but attempting to read 8 lines of text in about 12 mm of space along with the instructions required a 10x magnifying glass so I gave up.
