Strong support
I purchased this to assist my elderly mother after hip replacement. It has helped her with transferring from wheelchair to toilet. Great functional design and easy to install. Good texture on gripping surface. Very sturdy and offers strong support and safety. I do wish it was about 4″ longer.

Folds up for cleaning, looks nice, yet very sturdy
For best stability, we installed extra horizontal wall studs to screw wall base into. Would’t recommend using drywall plastic anchors that were included with rail parts. Try to install into stud for best results. The rubber leg cap IS flat and should protect against damage to floors. Folding mechanism is not a clip on, just stiff and folds up with hinge. It then stays in the up position. Would recommend un-folding while supporting leg. It can drop hard onto floor without guidance. Vinyl hand rail has non-slip grip. Very good design that looks nice.
