Very Soothing!
Very soft, large, and retains heat well! I’m impressed with them, I wasn’t expecting much based on their price but they’re awesome and work better than the gel ones.I’m not sure if they help with my milk flow but they are very soothing for a breastfeeding mother. I highly recommend!

You need these if you’re pumping!
These are my favorite warming pad! They cover a lot more area and stay warm for quite a while.Make sure to keep an eye while in the microwave! The time to heat is spot and going over that can lead to burning yourself. They have lasted me months and definitely going to keep these for when I have my next baby. They are a life saver if you pump!!

Must have!
These literally saved my life once my milk came in. I was super uncomfortable and engorged and my daughter was a having a hard time latching because of this. As soon as I started using these, I felt instant relief. I love that you can use them hot or cold. I would definitely consider getting a second pair that can stay in the freezer as they do take awhile to get cold/frozen, but you can get away with one set if you plan accordingly. I’m about a 34C and they feel super comfortable to wear. I especially love the soft fabric. Worth every penny and will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Great for New Moms, but I Didn’t Use It Much
I hardly used these therapy packs, but I can see how they’d be really helpful for new moms in the initial days of breastfeeding. They provide soothing relief and are easy to use, especially if you’re experiencing any discomfort. For me, I didn’t need them much, but I’d definitely recommend them for moms who need that extra comfort during those early days!

Great relief for clogged ducts
Definitely helpful for providing relief as a first time mom navigating pumping and breast feeding for the first time. I love that you have the option of using them for hot or cold therapy. Using heat has helped when I’ve felt and clogged duct coming on before it got too bad.

Good design, wish they stayed colder longer
Used these as a cold pack only and they work well for a bit but they don’t stay cold for long. The one nice thing is that you can put them on straight from the freezer without a wrap. I did like the design with the hole in the center to avoid nipple irritation and they seem to stay in place well with a bra on. They are big enough that they do also cover the whole breast which is nice compared to other brands. Good alternative to traditional ice packs but I’d probably not buy again because they just don’t stay cold enough for my preference.

Helpful for when milk supply comes in
These ice packs were great for the first week or so when my milk came in and dealing with engorgement. I ended up getting a second set so that I could constantly switch them out and always have a second set already chilled. I still keep a set in the freezer even though my milk supply has regulated in case I get a clogged duct to prevent getting mastitis.
