Works like magic. 15/10. Wish I knew this existed sooner!
I have been charging and freezing this guy daily for weeks and it’s amazing. I use it on my hand for my carpal tunnel and hand pain. But…I also keep tugging it up my arm as the ice pack is still cool. My arms cramp up too so I just pull it up as it goes and does it’s thing. I really like how much my pain goes down and stays down.This is totally a game changer. I love this.I found the best way to keep my arm from going too cold and to get the most use of the ice is to put a PILLOWCASE on my arm and then turn the machine on. It’s just thin enough to not hinder the ice but thick enough to still feel if it gets cold. Whenever it gets too cold in one spot I just move it up or down.I love the fact there are two types of settings. The intensity setting is a great help. Some days and some places are too tender to use the higher settings but the lower setting is so helpful.The PIE (pressure, ice, elevation) is the king for this condition and I have recommended this product to every medical person I see (it’s a lot) and they all look at the link and never knew something like this existed. My family has a ice cooler with a hose attached to an ice pack from the 80s that does work. But then you need to keep a cooler full of ice.This product really helps me to do things like write this whole review and not have to stop and stretch my arms and hands out in between words and sentences.

Product Packaging: Retail packagingProduct Experience: Easy to use. Includes a cold pack that must be placed in the freezer for a couple hours. Can be used without the cold pack as well. There is a finger opening that allows either hand to be massaged. The design uses velcro to wrap around the hand… I found that this could also be placed around the forearm, although a bit akward, for additional relief. This product works really well, my suggestion is that you read the directions thoroughly both the ice and heat will work perfectly if you do it correctly

You have to freeze it every 30 minutes
It’s didn’t work for my mother because of her dementia. I had to hold it on her hand for it to work effectively. It was very very to use

Great Ice Pack for hand and wrist injury
Very satisfied with this product!I sprained my wrist and this wrist ice pack is great getting my swelling down!Love how it shuts off when I reach time limit for icing my wrist. Easy to use too!

Easy to use, cordless hot/cold compression device for your hand/wrist
This review is for “Comfytemp Auto Compression Wrist Ice Pack Wrap for Carpal Tunnel Relief, Reusable Gel Hot Cold Therapy Hand Brace for Injuries, Tendonitis, Arthritis, Wrist Hand Pain, Recovery Gifts”This is a decent compression device that can be used to apply constant or cyclical pressure to your hand and wrist. The included gel pack can either be frozen or heated depending on if you need to apply cold or heat during the compression therapy.The gel pack is your standard gel pack that is thin and flexible. It either goes into the freezer for a couple of hours or the microwave for a bit. When ready, it slides into a pocket located on the inside of the compression cuff. It appears to be made from decent quality materials and should last for a long time with proper care.The compression cuff wraps around your hand/wrist and closes via velcro straps. There is a thumb slot that can be used if your thumb does not need the compression therapy. It is fairly easy to put on although having a second pair of hands makes it much easier. Once on, you press the on/off button to get things started and the mode select button to determine how much pressure you want and if it should be applied steadily or cycle.Between uses, you recharge with the provided USB cable.
