Customers say
Customers find these compression sleeves provide excellent support, particularly for knees, and appreciate their well-made construction, comfort, and value for money. The sleeves receive positive feedback for their effectiveness after knee surgery and during exercise. Customers disagree on the fit, with some finding them snug while others say they’re tight in the upper part. The slip resistance is also mixed, with some customers reporting they stay in place while others say they roll down.

Tom Schmidt –
Best I have tried
This compression sleeve provides both firm knee support and added cushioning for the cartilage around the joint. I’ve tried many different knee sleeves and braces over the years, but this one combines the best features of both in a single, comfortable design. It stays in place, feels supportive without being restrictive, and offers great value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable knee support!

Looks stylish and do you legs a favor
Very sturdy materials and great compression. I like these better than the half length that go to the calf. However, for long trips this might be a bit much if you are sitting in an airplane or car. These work best when sitting at a desk or when exercising. Be sure to measure your thigh, calf and knee as the size of the compression legs are very accurate.

Well made
These are very well made, but I had to return them because they were too tight around the thigh and they rolled down. I think they would work well if you had firm, muscular thighs, but I am in my 70s, female, and I have flabby thighs so they did not work for me. I do have a knee brace from this same manufacturer and it works very well and is very comfortable.

Fits good
Fit good according to the measurements. Provides good support. Seems good quality that will hold up.

Thigh size is perfect, calf size is not
I measured my thigh at 17 inches, which is at the end measurement for XXXL and it was too tight on the thighs but perfect on the calves. So I returned and purchased XXXL, which was a perfect fit from the thighs to the knees. The problem is that it’s now quite loose at the bottom. The proportions are off on these sleeves. I guess they assumed if you have thicker thighs then you’ll have cankles also. I’m trying it for a couple days to see if having it loose at the calves is something I can work with. I bought the pros for the strap at the thighs, but I don’t think I’ll have to use them cause it already fits perfect there. Good feature to have either way.

Great sleeve
Athletic compression sleeves are great for my veins on my leg. Tight and comfortable, thick material. Good quality. I love the look vs the medical ones.

Great fit good feel
Fit very well, decent feel and they stay in place. I’m a big guy and these work for me while officiating basketball & hiking/ walking.

Comfortable and easy to put on
More comfortable and about as easy to put on as zippered compression socks, but without leaving a deep (and sometimes painful) zipper line. Having no feet also made putting them on easier and help prevent the toe cramps I have gotten from footed ones. Overall very comfortable while giving adequate compression.Though I ordered the right size based on product instructions, these still slipped down during long wear (8 hour plus flights, 30 hour overall journeys, 3 to 4 hours walking especially if stairs were involved). But trips to the toilet could be used to pull them back up where they stayed for another 3 to 6 hours. IF your pants are relatively loose, you can even pull them up through the pant leg. This is however a problem I have experienced with ALL compression hose whether I bought them too large or too small (the only “solutions” might be glue or a garter belt!?).

These work but they’re almost like wearing sweat pants the material is so thick

I love the length of them. I just wish the velcro strap would attach on the outside of the thigh, not the inner part where it’s most sensitive. After 2 weeks of use the adjuster strap elastic is already getting stretched out and wavy. Also wish it had a silicone no slide layer at the top to keep it from rolling. Besides these things, I HUGHLY SUGGEST THEM!
