Great concept and good execution but some visual issues
This is a GREAT pill dispenser. It makes it easier to remember to take your pills, easier to access your pills, and easier to refill your pills. However, I have a few aesthetic problems with it. I would agree with others that the best option is the white see-through because it’s the most see-through to see your pills, where you’re at in the week and before it needs refilling, etc, but I do think and agree with others that it should be completely see through, because you can hardly see the included day of the week tracker. Or maybe the day of the week ring should have more contrast or a bigger font so its more readable. Also, with the day of the week tracker, I appreciate that you can customize 14 days or 7 days am/pm, however, I think it could be improved. It doesnt fully fit perfectly, as you can see gaps, or its not completely even/symmetrical, and as said before it’s not easily readable, but I’m not entirely sure how they could improve it. They would probably have to redesign the interiror ring if they were to change it from paper. Maybe there could be small lock in plastic day of the week labels for all 14 containers in the interior wall. The biggest thing for me personally, is since this dispenser needs to be hung up, it’s basically a decor piece, and every model includes a BRIGHT orange. I’m not sure why this choice was made? I considered DIYing it, covering at least the handle, which is the biggest piece of orange, to like a grey or white or black or any neutral or even any other color just less bright…. but the handle is silicone so I don’t think the new color would stick to it. I’m not sure how else I could fix the bright orange besides maybe putting a sticker over it but I’m not sure how that would work, or fix the aesthetic, and it would also probably not stick great to the silicone and would also probably bring a less desirable texture to the handle when opening it. Overall, this review is more of a request to the product designers and company to potentially fix these issues or change them, because I would definitely repurchase a brand new one to have better aesthetics. I can’t put anything in front of it for multiple reasons, most obvious being that it would be harder to access the pills and also much harder to view the things I wanted it to be easier to view. So I would love to like the appearance of this model more. I’m going to try to get used to the bright orange but I think it’s very weird for the brightest color in my room to be my pill container that’s already placed in a very obvious place. If there was another color option I think I would not be the only person interested.

This made sticking to my pill routine much easier – great for both convenience and record-keeping.
I can think of no better way to take my medications now. I’m someone who has a bevy of daily prescriptions – 4 in the morning, and 4 at night – I love using this because of the convenience of not having to open and dose every single pill bottle each time I need to take my meds. As someone who is both clumsy and a pet owner, I think it’s a lot safer than doing the above, as well – I can take all the risk of dropping and losing a pill all at once, then not have to worry about it. Also, if I ever feel like I’ve missed a dose, I can glance at it and see if the medications are still present or not, taking the guesswork out of forgetting to take my pills. The safety arm that stops dispensing is great too, and prevents my cats from accidentally dropping medication.I’ll admit, this isn’t a perfect product – the mechanism still has some give even when the safety arm is down, and the wall mounting mechanism could use some work (the unit still shakes around quite a bit despite having a good grip on the upper hook). However, this has so drastically improved my ability to stick to my medication – so much so that I can’t give it anything less than 5 stars.For those on lots of medications, BUY THIS! You won’t regret it. It truly changed everything for me, I’ve never been more consistent with my therapies.

Amazing and easy to use!
As someone who takes lots of pills per day, I LOVE THIS! Put it right up on the wall in my kitchen so I never forget to take my meds. No longer have to open several pill bottles every day. If you take 3 or more pills daily, I highly recommend it! I even decorated mine 🙂

Cool device
I needed something to show that I had taken my meds. The traditional 7 day pill boxes worked but they lacked something. This little device is so different! I liked that it could mount it on the wall, and the little space between my wall and window shutter provided the perfect resting spot for the cup.I wish the labeling were larger somehow, the paper wheel indicating AM/PM is flimsy and the paper “tabs” on the AM/PM paper wheel really don’t stay on well. Every time I bumped the paper wheel with my fingers while filling with meds, the paper wheel label would fly off. I ended up using tape to secure the paper wheel to the plastic inner ring. A way to secure the dispensing cup to the device would be helpful. I’ve used it twice now and works with no problem dispensing meds.

Easy to use vitamin dispenser

I was so excited
I was so excited for this product. I have a lot of vitamins and medications I have to take every day and I thought this would make it a lot more fun. The first one I got broke the first time I tried to use it. I put all of my pills in and hung it up and I pressed the foot with the cup and the presser foot arm broke in half. They were nice and sent another one. It is not strong enough to handle being full. The vitamins aren’t packed in there by any means. If I tip it over and move it around they move around in there. Nothing looks stuck. It just doesn’t have the strength to move the bin to the next slot without breaking the arm. I have to stick my finger in the and move it manually just so I don’t break the arm again. I am super disappointed in this product. If it was only a little bigger and way better made. It would be perfect. I promise I didn’t over fill it. It’s super flimsy I would get more pills out of it just shaking it than I would pressing the lever.

Works great at first
Overall the product works as intended. I brought the product in July and it’s now October and it stopped working.(Edit) Customer service very responsive. They have reached out and sent me a new one. As above product works as intended. Just hope that this replacement will last. Will change rating at this time

Great item. I have a physical disability. I put all my meds in at beginning of week and it’s so easy to just use the little device to press the lever and the unit rotates and the meds drop down with little hassle. Highly recommend

Stuck mine next to my coffee machine, works well and quick. Really nice to have a permanent spot for my medication as I lose stuff all the time.Highly reccomend it for unorganised people!

Works exactly as advertised multiple mounting options (3m or screws) was convient and gives you the option to move it should you ever want too.The lock mechanism works but will still dispense if you push hard definitely not childproof if that is a concern you have keep it out of reach.

This is great if you don’t use any oily capsules. My fish oil caps get stuck and you can’t move the wheel. I’ve had to take mine off its holder many times to readjust the wheel and it’s quite annoying.
