Works great
I got this to check my blood sugar because I was getting random headaches. I’m not diabetic but I’m postpartum and overweight so I just wanted to be cautious. This worked great. It’s super fast, easy to set up and use. Comes with 2 bottles of strips and 2 bags of lancets. And it was a great price compared to others.

Best test kit I have ever used
For the price, I was skeptical. Now that I have used it for several months, I cannot say a bad thing about it. It is so easy to use. You don’t even need to read the instructions, just stick the test strip into the monitor which automatically turns it on and is ready to test. Inserting the lancet into the lancet holder is just as easy and a “no brainer” if you just see how it all fits. You only need a very small drop of blood and with 5 seconds the monitor has your glucose measured. Extracting the test strip and the lancet is just as easy. Everything fits very well, in the case. I will keep using this as long as it is available.

Inaccurate results, sometimes it shows really low glucose spike and all of a sudden if you check it right away it’s high.

Accurate blood glucose meter with large display! Includes the best lancing device I have ever used!
I purchased this meter to replace my old device that was having some electrical issues and wasting strips.This G-425-2 meter has a nice large screen, and works quickly. It does not take a large amount of blood to measure my glucose levels and allows you to add blood if you put too little on initially (my old meter made you throw a strip away and start over, which was annoying).Included in this kit was a lancing device and 100 test strips, so all I needed. The lancing device is the best one I have ever used! It feels like there is a spring inside that allows the lancet to bounce off your finger rather than jam in–most days I don’t feel the lancet at all.It is nice that I can quickly obtain test strips for this on Amazon, so I know I can replace my strips in a day or two. This meter is as accurate as any other meter I have owned, so it performs well for me.Nice meter, and a great value!
