Suits Me
I have over ten bulging disks and use this belt when I do my floor exercises. It can be cut to fit your size legs, waist or whatever you’re placing it around. It is NOT fabric, which I missed when selecting it, which I think I would prefer. BUT, it will never wear out because the plastic is sooo durable. I like that it’s easy to clasp and release. It is also comfortable around both legs when I’m on my back squeezing and releasing a ball. That is primarily why I bought it.
