Very Comfortable, Easy to Use, and Really Helps!
Love this product. I bought it after pulling a muscle in my lower back in hopes it would help with the muscle spasms and soreness. It arrived quickly and is of good quality construction. The insert is able to be used as an ice pack or as a heat pack which I found to be convenient. The insert goes into the pouch for the wrap easily and stays in place. The wrap itself is very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I wore it for a couple days for most of the day due to the additional support it gave my lower back. The wrap is adjustable so that you can taylor the fit to your lower back contours. I would first freeze the insert and wear it as a cold wrap until my body heat warmed it which took about 30+ mins. Then I would heat the insert in the microwave for 1 minute and it would provide a nice heat which helped to relax my muscles. Highly recommend this product.

Works Really Well
Bad back. The gel pack is sturdy and good great quality. I put the pack in the freezer and it gets cold quick and keeps the coldness. I would have liked it if the gel actually froze. I haven’t tried heating it yet.

Keeps Me on my Feet after a Long Serving Shift
I hurt my lower back a decade ago and still flairs up now and then but I don’t like to take pain medication so I try and use products like this as much as possible. I had to call out of work 2 times last week due to my back problems (I am a server at a busy restaurant so back pain is a huge issue for me) so I decided to buy a few more products to help with my back so I purchased this one. The belt is very stretchy but also firm and the Velcro holds very well. It also provides support for my back without being so rigid it hurts to wear so I don’t have to strain other muscles trying to keep my back straight. I just bought it a few days ago but it kept me going for an 8 hour shift yesterday! The pack itself is very pliable even when cold so it is comfortable to wear. The only negatives are that with the ice pack inserted it is a little bulky and adds 2 belt holes to my work pants and I definitely sweated through it but that is to be expected while I am working I would recommend it and would buy again!*****UPDATE*******I still love the product and I want to give a shout out to ARRIS since they actually sent the extra, free hot/cold pack advertised in their product box within 10 days of my original order! 5 stars for customer service as well as product!!

Helps with back pain!!
I like the pocket to place the hot or cold pack into the belt but the slit could have been longer — takes a bit putting in a frozen pack into it; afraid I’m going to tear it. I have worn the belt almost daily and it’s beneficial for back pain.

Velcro wears out after a few months, rendering it useless
It seemed like a great product, fits well and feels good. So when the Velcro wore out and stopped holding the belt fastened after a few months, I bought another one. A few months later, the Velcro on the second one wore out and the belt can no longer stay on. It’s not dirty or anything like that, nor has it been abused, it’s just shoddy, low-quality Velcro on an otherwise nice product. Too bad.
