Good quality and very useful product
Ghome smart lock I bought this product, this the first ghome smart lock I purchased; I have some more options to buy I gave a chance and take risk about this brand product. Is easy yo install and I can open and lock the door by app, I can used fingerprint, password code and IC cards is many option; I can see in the app who unlock the door and monitor the door; you can be at work or even another state and still you can open de door through the app. This is amazing product I highly recommended, if you are thinking buying a smart lock, here is the answer Ghome smart lock.

Good smart lock with minor downsides
It is a good smart lock and super easy to install. It would be better if the fingerprint button had a green light that lights up when the door is unlocked. The app features are very advanced and useful for this device.Fingerprint recognition doesn’t work 100%.

Would definitely purchase!
I would definitely recommend The GHome WiFi Smart Lock! It has made it so easy to Lock & unlock the front door for not only us but others who need to come to our house if we are not there. I love the fingerprint recognition and the key card options and that it functions with my Alexa as well. It is defiantly worth the money!

Just perfect, and works with 5 or 6 pin keys
So I had a Keywe smartlock for years. I got it during a kickstarter campaign. It was working great but the company went down under so app support died and with that the remote lock/unlock over wifi (using a wifi bridge)So I needed a new smart lock and came across this one.It looked loaded with features so I took a chance.Everything I wanted and more I got with this lock. Let me explain.I have 3 doors to the house and I had them keyed to the key that came with the old original lock. I didn’t want to rekey my doors so I took out the key core that came with this new lock. Unfortunately, the core is a 5 pin core and my house key was a 6 pin. You can always use a 5 pin key on a 6 pin core but not the other way around (so I thought). I took the core to my local locksmith to see if we could put a new 6 pin core but he said the core is custom BUT he was able to key the 5 pin core to use my 6 pin key. He had a hard time explaining how he did it but I can now still use my original house key with this new lock! How awesome is that. Then the wifi. I was sure I was going to need to buy an extra wifi bridge. We’ll, not so. Wifi is built in, so another point there.Took me about 30 mins to install this lock and only a few minutes to setup with the app. First, create a 6 to 8 digit password (wish it was 4 like my old one) then register my fingerprint. Then added the nfc cards and to my surprise, the old nfc cards from my original lock worked with the new lock.I ended up getting rechargeable lithium 3600ma AA batteries for the lock.Just to note, 4 batteries run the power to the locking mechanism, the other 4 keep the wifi and other features powered on.Everything works perfectly now.I am extremely pleased with this lock and lets hope it lasts a long time

Battery draining wifi disconnecting irritation
I want to like this. It works with ghome, which means I dont need another app to go with my other smart devices. It installed easily, and the biometric recognition works well. The lock seems solid, and it fit in my door and frame without an issue. However, getting it setup with wifi was a real PITA. The interface leaves a lot to be desired. The worst thing though is the battery life. I live with one other person half the week, and even with that, it takes about a month to drain the batteries. That is super expensive to have to maintain over the life of this product. I’m using rechargeables now, but it’s super annoying. I wanted to setup both my doors with the same lock, but now I won’t because I don’t want this headache on my other door. I’ve seen the new version has a rechargeable battery, but I’m not convinced that they have fixed the massive power problem that their lock uses, even after I’ve toned down the relock timer.

Easy to install
Easy to install love it but batteries run down too fast

Easy Installation
Easy to install as long as you read the instructions first before assuming. Love the biometric lock over pushing the buttons.

Fingerprint section does not light up
It seems like this device would be worthy of a five-star but the pictures of the lock showing the fingerprint is lit up is inaccurate. You cannot see it at night so you have to guess where it’s at. Maybe the muscle memory or getting used to it will help. I’ve only had it for a few days now.
