It is a wonderful product and I am grateful it works so well …
My mom has Parkinson’s, and she loves this fork. The weight helps her to pick up small pieces of food that she would otherwise have to pick up with a spoon. It gives her dignity when we go out to eat, because she is able to use this fork and not struggle to pick up her food or have to ask me to help her. It is a wonderful product and I am grateful it works so well for her!

Very nice for patients
In case you’re wondering, this is the same fork as the unweighted one, just heavier. It’s quite heavy, apparently to help with shaky hands. If you need a fork for someone with weakness or injury, you’re going to want the unweighted one. That said, this fork has a thick rubberized handle for easy gripping, and an twist able neck to adjust ergonomically in case it’s needed. Well worth the 11 bucks.

and I love the way you can bend the metal so it …
Believe the hype, the shakes are no match for this utensil! It works perfectly, and I love the way you can bend the metal so it facilitates a no-turn approach to your mouth.Thank you to the inventor and developer.

DISAPPOINTED
I bought this fork for an elderly relative with Parkinson’s. First concern is that the tines of the fork have super sharp points on each tine. waynto sharp for a elderly person with Parkinson’s. They could literally injure someone.Second, though they are advertised to be bendable, neither myself not my husband, in our 50’s, can bend them.

Plenty of weight, well made
Bought these for my mother, and the weight really helps reduce the shakiness in her hand. Shipped on time, and exactly as described. They look nice and are well made. I love that they can go in the dishwasher.

Very good product for someone who needs a little help
Great for my father in law who has Parkinsons, You can bend the metal if you need to, the weight is just about perfect, and the larger grips make using them very easy for him
