Has a 360 spining on it. heavy duty. comes with hardware to mount it. easy to install. can hold a good amount of weight. would take a lot for it to come off unless screwed in wrong.

Heavy duty quiet setup with 360 rotation
Installed this in my porch and it is amazing how strong well built and made my hammock swing the hit of the room love sitting in this so I can rotate to watch TV or just watch the traffic going by holds way up to a 300 great product so glad I came across this installed it on my beams.
