Perfect for smaller hands
I purchased another gel freezer glove from a national chain pharmacy. It was extremely large for my smaller hand, and I found myself clenching it closed around my thumb and wrist to keep the cold in.This brand runs small, perfect for me. Everything fits snug giving me a few extra minutes of cold.Neither one stays cold for long, but long enough to take the edge off sharp pain.For comparison, my wrist is 6 3/4” and the width (measured underneath base of fingers) is 7 3/4”.

Comes really small made for a woman hand turned my fingers almost blue felt good but way to small should have size choices

soothing care for painful joints
Form fitting ice pack or hot pack glove. My hand is a ladies size large golf glove – and this size 7.6” x 6.3 in glove fit my hand well, allowing me to have free movement -opening and closing my hand while wearing. I placed it in the freezer and allowed it to chill for about 3.5 hrs. The instructions say to chill for 4 hours. It did feel good on my arthritic hands, but it is quite cold and I would need to remove it and reapply after about 5 minutes – the instructions recommend no longer than 20 minutes use – which is the clinical recommendation for most hot or cold packs. There is a velcro strap to place around your wrist and as you can see in my video it’s pretty secure – LOL. The glove does have a bit of weight to it but still comfortable to wear. This will feel great after a day of yard work. It can be used on either hand easily for functionality. The box also says it will work heated in the microwave for 30 seconds to start and then add 10 seconds if not quite at the temperature that feels good – I would recommend being careful if you have poor circulation – you may not feel hot hot it is. Please be sure to follow the instructions. This is helpful to my painful joints.

Product arrived in time and as described. Seems to be of good quality so far. Stays cold for between 10 and 15 minutes depending on room temperature. Call it 10 minutes to be on safe side. My only complaint and why it’s 4 ⭐️and not 5 is that it fits on the small side. I have average size hands, usually a medium, and it just fits. 5⭐️ if it came in other sizes

Absolute life-saver for my fibromyalgia pains. You can’t wear them straight from the freezer, let them sit on the table for 5 minutes or else you can get freezer burn on your skin. Lasts 15-20 minutes which is enough to ease the pain. Then freeze and repeat. I bought two, one for each hand. Velcro is secure, gel pad surrounds every joint, top and palm of hands and entire wrist.
