Magical glove
I love this product!!! I use my hands a lot to type and they get stuck in place and it’s hard to move. I used it for cold therapy and oh man does it feel amazing. I insistently felt a relief of pain and relaxation of my finger joints. It’s feels heavy but lift weight at the same time. One thing I would change is to extend the gloves more over the fingertips like an actual glove. They hurt too 🥹. But it really does work!! I highly recommend for people who work remotely on a computer, gardening, or if you just have pain in your hands.

Cold, but Doesn’t Last Long
I think the idea behind this glove is really good, but I’ve found that it falls short a bit. It starts out extremely cold, but doesn’t stay cold for very long, so you’ll need two of them if you want to ice both hands…it doesn’t stay cold long enough to do one then the other. It honestly starts out a little too cold for me, but I have some thin fingerless compression gloves that I put under it before use.I bought this for arthritis in both thumbs that was fairly painful…to the point that I got cortisone shots in both thumbs to treat the pain. The doctor also gave me some supportive glove type things that helped until the cortisone kicked in fully.For full disclosure, I admit that I have not tried the warming function of the product, so I can’t comment on that.

It depends on the situation of your hand
Seeing a lot of complaints about the heat/ice function and i can confidently say that both features work well…too well that it was too hot for less than a minute and too cold BUT if you have issues on your entire hand then i would recommend this. I am returning this because it was my wrist that only hurts so I will continue exploring other options. If you have small hands this is what it will look like, makes it look too big and you can hardly see my pinky. Though the comfort inside is nice.

Easy to use and gives me great pain relief.
So easy to use. Cleaned it and put in freezer and was ready to use shortly after I received it. Cools the hand so gently. Relieved the pain in my hands shortly after I put them on without noticing. What relief it gives with little to do for use.

Very soothing
I’ve started making jewelry as a hobby and once I get started, I usually go full force. As a result, my hands are very very sore at the end of the day so I got this to help with that. It works fantastically after you freeze it you put your hands in it and you rest for a few minutes and then I went right back to making jewelry. So much easier than balancing an ice pack on your hand! It also adds general compression.I used it last night and again this morning.

Worthless.
All the bad reviews were accurate. Oddly, it’s too cold to start with and really hurts your hand. Then, within 10 to 15 minutes, it loses all its cold entirely — by 15 minutes it wasn’t cold at all. Also, the cold seems focused on the lower parts of the fingers, which is also weird. Totally useless. Trying a different brand, then gonna buy frozen corn instead. Fit was fine. Velcro strap for compression wasn’t bad, you can wrap it around your hand if you’re trying to compress the upper palm. But the cold is pretty worthless.
