my hands are happy now!
been having trouble with my hands – inflammation, stiffness and swelling. was using bags of ice and worrying about leaks if the bag broke. decided to see if there was something for the hands. so glad i found this and instead of ordering one glove, order a set of 2 and so glad i did that. the gloves are well made and thick gel filling inside. the fabric is smooth and cooling to skin. after four hours in the freezer, still soft and easy to put on hands and it was very comfortable. velcro straps are okay but i keep them loose so it is easy to put on and take off the gloves without having to mess with the straps. the straps are well made and secure. it doesn’t lift off easily. it is one size for all – there is some give but i am not sure it would really fit a man’s hand. it fits my hands very well, not too tight and not too loose. i haven’t used it in the microwave as a heat treatment yet. the instructions are on the box and it is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. i came with a back that you store gloves in and put in freezer but i opted to use a ziplock gallon bag. i am very happy with the weight, the quality and the effectiveness of the gloves. my hands feel so much better and are happy! just note that it doesn’t stay cold for hours and hours. it stayed cold long enough for my hands to feel relief though. It’s a very good purchase!

Great for hands and feet
This is a handy ice pack for hands or feet. It doesn’t stay as cold as long like a regular ice pack. However, since it’s being used on hands and feet this makes sense since there is reduced blood flow in both and sustained cold could be painful/damaging. Have used for arthritic joints or other injuries hands/feet with success.

Stays cold for the amount of time that doctors say you should ice a body part. Very comfortable!!!
Finally, an ice pack that works for the thumb!! First time using it today and it’s everything that I hoped for. The cold lasts for 20 minutes, just what the doctors say is the maximum time that you should use on a part of your body. This is also very comfortable. I do my regular routine at the computer at night and as I wear this, it does not hinder anything that I do. In fact, I am typing this with it on my left hand. …I just took it off and my arthritic thumb feels great.

Buyer beware
The glove fits well, easy to put on and off, adjustable wrist for fit, the only downside is it only stays cold about 10 minutes. Other than that, they are nice. I would rather have had some that retained the cold a bit longer

The Velcro strap is incredibly sturdy, as demonstrated in my video—it was quite difficult to take off. I did manage to remove it with one hand for the video, so just be aware that it can be a bit challenging, needing one hand to hold it steady while the other pulls it off. The Velcro is really strong!I also wore a glove underneath the ice pack on my hand because it gets very cold, and it’s important to avoid frostbite from direct exposure to such low temperatures. While it’s probably mentioned in the instructions not to apply it directly to your skin, I read a review suggesting the glove method, which I think is a smart idea.This product is of excellent quality. It has a thick, spongy gel like feel, and I don’t expect it to deteriorate anytime soon—perhaps after ten years if not maintained properly. Simply place it in the freezer overnight, and it’s ready to use when needed. It comes with two gloves, allowing you to use it for both hands or alternate between them as required.I highly recommend this product; it’s fantastic and well-priced, and it will be really beneficial for me. I ordered it on Amazon and received it the very next day!Flexibility is also a plus. Additionally, I forgot to mention that if you find yourself on the borderline of their size chart, you might want to consider going up a size, as adding a glove can make it feel a bit tighter.

So glad I ordered these gloves!
These hand ice pack gloves are amazing! My mom has been dealing with hand and wrist pain for quite a while, and the medical field is taking a long time figuring out what the exact problem is. In the meantime, I ordered these gloves to help with the pain. They work great! Just leave them in the freezer inside the ziplock storage bag and take them out when needed. They stay cold yet flexible for longer than is necessary. I have not tried the heating option yet, but I’m sure they work just as good for heat therapy as they do for cold therapy. They are designed well with Velcro closures around the wrist area to keep them in place, and can be worn on either the right or left hand for versatility.
