Excellent for post therapy exercises
Very useful for cold compression. Am recovering from surgery and this helps my hands after PT exercises. I purchased a pair to keep in the freezer, and another for heat therapy—best way to maintain effectiveness of gloves.

Feels good
This thing feels so good when you first put it on your hand unfortunately it doesn’t stay cold for long at all. Maybe five minutes at the most. I will keep it thought because it feels that good. It’s squishy and fits good. I work pulling things all day with my hands and this is a relief for the five minutes I use it.

Highly recommend this glove!
I had a nasty hand injury that resulted in my ring finger and pinky finger broken at the knuckle at my palm and the joint just above the hand. Resulting in two surgeries to date, a few more in the very near future. This glove when warmed in the microwave for approximately 25 seconds provides great relief from the pain! Highly recommend this glove!

Works as intended, can use on either hand. As a big man, I worried about fit, but even OJ would be good with these. Hold cold temps longer than warm, but both last for 3-4 hours
