Customers say
Customers report mixed experiences with the cushion’s functionality, comfort, and quality, with some saying it works well and is comfortable, while others find it useless and uncomfortable. Moreover, the air retention is problematic as the cushion starts not holding air, and durability is poor with reports of it breaking while pumping. Additionally, customers disagree on whether it’s worth the cost, and there are concerns about leakage and pain relief.

THIS PILLOW SOLVED EVERYTHING!!
My 91 y.o. mother has a bad curve in her spine between her shoulder blades. Her spine projects outward and she is very thin. She couldn’t sit upright in a chair b/c the curve in her spine would rub so bad on the chair back. I was concerned about her developing bed sores, as the area on her back was red from rubbing on the chair back. THIS PRODUCT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR FOR MONTHS!!! MOM IS SOOOOO COMFY NOW!! THE CUTOUT ALLOWS FOR THE CURVED PART OF BACK TO BE PROTECTED FROM RUBBING, SO NOW SHE CAN ACTUALLY LEAN BACK ONTO THE CHAIR AND RELAX WITHOUT FEELING HER CURVED SPINE PUSHING OUT AGAINST THE CHAIR! I USED BUNGEE CORDS THROUGH THE STRONG GROMMETS THIS PAD COMES WITH TO SECURE IT TO THE HOSPITAL-TYPE CHAIR SHE HAS IN HER ROOM. (MOST HYSTERICAL PART ARE THE “INSTRUCTIONS” WHICH ARE COMPLETE GOBBLEDEGOOK AND OBVIOUSLY NOT WRITTEN BY ANYONE WHO KNOWS ENGLISH)I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. SURFACE IS EASY TO WIPE OFF. YOU CAN ADJUST THE FIRMNESS OF THE PILLOW, JUST LIKE YOU WOULD A POOL FLOAT. MY MOTHER IS ONE HAPPY CAMPER THESE DAYS BECAUSE OF THIS WONDERFUL PILLOW!!!!

Item defective, will not retain air in item
Purchased one cushion 19 July and a second one 22 July. Both where inflated as required for use. Neithercushion retained air as necessary. Attempted to use one cushion today and within one hour of re-inflating the cushion had gone flat and I had similar results with second cushion. With both cushions I checked to insure the plugs were in and secure. I am asking for a full refund for the defective cushions.. i submitted a product review of this item already. I have same problem with both items. Neither will retain air. Inspite of my product review I have received NO response to my review. I respectfully request that I receive full compensation for these two items which I am unable to use. Your response is requested.

It works pretty well
I noticed some reviews say that the pillow popped or didn’t hold air. I don’t fill it all the way up. I fill it very low and then double it up and sit on it like that. I’m sitting on it right now. I have a job in which I sit almost eight hours a day. So, my tail end gets sore. This pillow has helped a lot. I do have to adjust it at times. It’s a little bit slippery because of the slick plastic material that it’s made of. But, it’s pretty good. It was not easy to blow up with the pump that was sent. None of my own inflating devices had a nose thin or long enough to go into this pillow blow hole. The internal material clung together before air was pumped into the pillow. This made it hard to get a start. It kept blowing air back out. It took some time. If a person has arthritic fingers it might be very troublesome.

Doesn’t fit in chair as thought. Put pressure on hips.
Not as comfortable as thought.

Great bedsore relief for sitting
Hands down I got more relief from this cushion than any (many different types) that I have bought, even one at over $400.00. The only complaint is that about 4 weeks they begin to leak and about 6 weeks I need a new one. They are a GREAT DESIGN, even better if they would last longer. Still well worth the cost.

BEST pain relief, and okay for obese people like me!
Relieves my pain of my arthritic hips and painful ischium (“sitting bones”)!I’ve tried MANY cushions, and this one is the best! Plus, I weigh 290 lbs, andin the 3 months I’ve had it, it has NEVER needed re-inflating!I realized when I purchased it that I very much exceededthe stated weight limit, but still wanted to try it. I knew the risk of it popping, (not just a slow leak),so I’m honestly shocked it’s held up this well.

It was really nice when it is inflated
Product arrived and I inflated it per instructions. The first month of function, I would have rated all full stars. It gave great relief to my husband who is physically disabled by several illnesses and sits a lot. Unfortunately, there must be a weakness somewhere in a seam or in the plug itself as now, that the widow to return for replacement is closed, it goes flat in a matter of hours. I suppose I could inflate it and immerse in a tub of water to find the leak but, even if I locate it and try to fix, who knows how long it may last and my husband needs the cushioning now,I could inflate it again but, in several hours, it is flat and thus, not doing my husband any favors. My husband is 6’3″ and 150 lbs. – I know because that was the scale reading in the doctor’s office recently; he was fully clothed with shoes and leather belt (the illness has made him lose a lot of weight) so, it’s not like the cushion is under max stress. When the cushion worked, he avoided the bed sores he was beginning to experience. Now, I will try to find another product. My husband needs a cushion but, this one cannot be relied on long-term. It worked as expected for 3 months now, not so much.
