Great gift for seniors!
Got this as a gift for my uncle and got such good words on the quality and functionality of the hearing aids. As they had different fit sizes, it gave a good fit for the ears per the size. Lightweight and good value for money.

not a good product .. waste of money
They have a whistle noise to them all the time and they quit after a month of use. I’m out of window for a return.. I won’t but them again. The plastic ear kept staying in my ear and my husband had to pull them out with tweezers… I wished I could get some kind of return

Good For Price
These are extremely good for the price. They are easy to use, charge fast, and my husband can finally hear me when I talk!! They are not that comfortable in his ears so he can not wear them for more than an hour or two at night. But they’re very good quality and I say they’re definitely worth the price! They do fit in his ears, he says they are just slightly uncomfortable after a while with not being used to having anything in his ears so he is trying to get used to it.

Poor fit with the charger.
The amplifiers give you 5 seconds to insert before they give of some feedback squealing. One places them back in the charger to shut them down, but the fit to the charger is loose so some fiddling around time (while it is squealing) is needed. These were intended to help an elderly user who has fine motor limitations so we will have to seek a different device.Once inserted for use, these worked as intended.Update: Seller ReviewI found this seller to be quite proactive in problem solving. The after-sales response and service were excellent. The rating on this review was upgraded to reflect this experience.

Bad hearing aids
I bought these hearing aids in March for my husband a few days later one stopped working I complained they sent me another set very quickly now the beginning on May one stopped working again I contacted them gave them my information again said they were going to send me another set but haven’t received anything yet so I told them if I didn’t hear anything I would let people know not to get these ones

Superb, I’m very happy with it!
I was attracted by its appearance from the beginning. It is no different from ordinary Bluetooth headphones, low-key and stylish. And its function is not inferior to professional hearing aids. The sound is amplified clearly, there is no howling, and it can suppress environmental noise. The battery life is also satisfactory. It can be used for a whole day on a single charge. The charging box is easy to carry, just like using wireless headphones.

Not enough control over volume
My husband ordered these and at first they seemed fine. They fit like an AirPod so that feel didn’t bother him. However, he knew within five minutes of wearing he needed to send them back. Everything in our home was so loud it hurt his ears. Maybe they are better for someone with greater hearing loss but for mild hearing loss there was no way to turn them down enough to use comfortably. He could hear himself breathing and chewing from the inside he said, and his own normal speaking voice was too loud to him and it drove him crazy instantly.

Unfortunately, have a irritating squeal too often.
Not thrilled with these. Having an issue with high-pitched sound. Even when in case charging. Is there an off for these? Squeal is very irritating for others near me. Seem to slide out of position in ear too easily.
