    This book is the REAL deal
    As someone who is battling high blood pressure, I wanted a cookbook with simple recipes and a doable meal plan. This book met every expectation. I like the way Currey started out explaining how the heart works including common heart problems and their causes which gave me a better understanding of my medical situation. The cookbook contains a comprehensive list of foods to eat for people with HBP and backs it up with a 60 day meal plan which I hope to follow in 2025.What can I say…this cook back has it all for people serious about eating healthy, Currey outlines specifics strategies and tips for people wanting to lose weight, yet the book does not bog the reader down with too much complex information about weight loss.Overall, I LOVE this cookbook and glad I came across it. I will be using this cookbook for years to come!
