These mitts are so nice and warm! I am a 65 year old with arthritis in my hands. My Dr recommended a hot wax dip but after looking up the cost and size of equipment not to mention the possible mess I took a look at these mitts. They are ready within a minute after plugging in. The temperature has a minimum of 122 degrees but you can raise it higher. My comfort level is around 140. The control has adjustments for each hand and also for length of time you wish to have it on for. The time always starts at 20 minutes but can be adjusted for longer. I am a crafter and oil painter so as I age I feel it in my hands all the more. This of course is a temporary relief but along with anti -inflammatory aspirin all is well so far for this crafty artist!

Easy to use. Very comfortable but the control unit can be a bit confusing for some. I would add that it could be a bit warmer on the high side.

THEY HELP ME A LOT!
I use these for my arthritis on my hands. I like that you can set the temperature and the time. I don’t use the thumb because the mittens are pretty big. I just put my hands all the way into where your fingers would go. It works just fine. They have helped my hands a lot. I love them.

I purchased them for my husband. Used to see him struggling with a heating pad. So most of the time, he just wouldn’t use it. These gloves are so easy to slip on and give off good heat. He uses them almost daily now. They work great.
