Effective!
I purchased this heating device because it was recommended by a friend of mine for my chronic back pains, i feel the relief. I use it at night before bed and in the mornings since that’s when I feel the most pain. It’s compact, easy to use, and comes with plenty of modes and intensity levels to customize your treatment. The pads stick well and deliver strong, consistent pulses that really help with pain relief. The battery also last for a long time.

Worked one time.
Used it for menstrual cramps once. A month later, wouldn’t turn on despite prolonged charging. Trash. I’ve had 4 tens units and love them. This one was the worst.

Surprised there are so many positive reviews
I really wanted to like this. But unfortunately it’s not great.The backing is super stiff and doesn’t mold to your body so there’s very little contact area. The surface isn’t very sticky after one use either.The heat is okay, but doesn’t spread over the area very well so it’s super hot in one spot.I like that it’s wireless, but tried other wireless tens and think they performed better.The machine has a high pitch buzz during use as well.Overall I’d say 2/5. But would not recommend.

Relieved my back pain
I love that I can take it anywhere. I use it at work to relieve my pain and I love it. The battery lasts a long time. Very easy to use. Great product for the price.

Won’t stick to skin!
The composition of the pads is substandard. The first time I attached to my skin the edges of the pads pealed away from the skin. Within a few days the pads would not stick to the skin at all. I like the device itself and the choice of functions.
