This is fantastic! The frozen gel holds it’s cool for about 20 minutes, which is what is recommended anyway. It has an even temperature all through the wrap. It has a slightly stiff bottom so it’s easy to walk on, even though the bottom is also icy gel. Nothing to add, just wrap it on. It fits well and wraps up over the ankle. The strap keeps it in place with no wobbly-ness. It comes in size ranges and fits true to size. I tried several other kinds due to a broken foot – and this wins, big time! Not something you try and return – it’s a keeper. It’s well designed with sturdy construction. I wouldn’t wash in a machine, but you can certainly wash the surface with a cloth if needed. The gel inside does not come out. (Remember not to instantly refreeze if you get it wet, let it dry first.) Several of my nurses bought this too. It’s a great gift idea, hint, hint! Just remember to put it back in the freezer when you’re done. I sometimes fall asleep with it on as it’s so comfortable, just a little support after the gel warms up. What a relief to find this after searching and trying others. Excellent product!

After two surgeries and three months of limited use of my ankle, needed a cold pack to use in conjunction with therapy and exercises. I saw that this one covers the entire ankle area and attaches with Velcro. It is just what I needed.Received quickly. Two hours in the freezer makes it the perfect temperature. I wore a sock so it wouldn’t touch my skin directly and still plenty cold. It surrounds the entire ankle, including the heel, so you get cooling relief everywhere. The fabric is soft and pliable. With the Velcro it fits any foot size. It is a bit heavy, because of the fact that the gel is in the entire wrap. Quality appears to be very good.Much better than cold packs that just sit or you have to wrap to hold in place, or sock like ones that compress a lot. If you need relief from an ankle or heel injury, this is an excellent choice.

When I was younger you had to tie an ice pack to keep it where you needed it to stay. This was anything but that. I pulled it out of the freezer and put it on. Because of the straps it was easy to use. I could adjust it to fit my foot perfectly. I didn’t have to worry about it shifting if I moved and the ice pack was not over whelming but soothing. I’ve only used it once so far it worked well. I would recommend it.

Very cold and is perfect fit! Sprained my ankle and couldn’t find an ice pack to help relieve the pain. It one is very cold have to wear a sock w it but feels so good. Great material and design.

Tbh I wasn’t expecting much but this ice pack is just what I needed. I recently got a sprain with agonizing pain- this baby envelopes most of your foot for instant relief and cushioning support. The gel thickness is avery substantial and not thin like some others I have tried. There is one strap to hold everything in place. No more ziploc bags full of chunky ice for me.

Heat doesn’t last long, but you don’t have to hold it on or sit still.

I have used it for icing my ankle and it is perfect! It gets cold really quick and you can make it a snug for with the Velcro strap. This is perfect for getting right on the ankle.
