Easy, fast, cold and WORKS!!!
oh my gosh!!! if you have size 5 shoe for ladies, these in size small will FIT!!! They are excellent to keep the swelling under control and or IF you are having a rough swell day, these will bring your feet and ankles back to life! They take a good two hours to get ice cold, (I have not tried them hot) and they absolutely reduce swelling and freeze pain. They stay cold a good 15 minutes. IF you have sensitive skin, be sure to wear or grab a little super soft facecloth or baby wash cloth to put around the lower part of your leg above the ankle so you to not burn that skin. I have 3 pairs. Two in the freezer and one I will try soon with the heat.

Wow! These are amazing. They feel nice. I left in the freezer for a few hours. I put on high ankle socks and these over, and what a delightful coldness. I’ve had them on around 15 minutes and they’ve begun to warm up, which to me is a good amount of cold time. Great product and I highly recommend, super comfy!

Nice pain reliever
These gel socks for cold therapy are fantastic for burning, painful feet. The temp may feel a bit too cold at first and that is rectified by taking them out of freezer a few minutes before using. I find the fit just a tad tight in the toe area and wish the sock was just an inch longer. But even still, I appreciate the soft feel and cooling effect. I welcome the pain relief within 10 minutes or so.

These socks are great for my swollen pregnant feet, HOWEVER! the socks dye EVERYTHING they touch purple?!?? Im not sure how Ill remedy this as they’re not machine washable

Wow!! I put these in my fridge (ordered two=1 pr) as soon as I got them. It was only a day or two later, laying in bed, & my feet were hot. I hate it when my feet are hot! No matter what time of year, 99.9% of the time, my feet have to be free, cool, not under any blankets, even if they feel like ice to anyone weird enough to check! All the sudden I remembered I’d ordered these. Excited, I got them out of the fridge.They were SO silky to slip on, deliciously chilly, and SO incredibly comfortable!!!! Perfect fit!! I fell asleep after about 15 minutes, VERY happy!!If your feet get hot…GET THESE!!!I wear about a 10-11 women’s or 8.5-9 in men’s shoes.

Encases entire foot and ankle in cooling relief but doesn’t stay cool long enough.
The description says you can STAND in it. I found that putting pressure on the heel by standing (or maybe in the process of getting up to a standing position) caused it to leak a tiny bit and at that point in the heel, it picked up fibers from the carpet that stuck to it. Easy enough to pull off those fibers, but it made me think that some gel must have leaked – a tiny bit – to give the fibers the sticky-ness. So I think as long as you are sitting or lying down, you don’t have that issue. The beauty of this, though, is that it does encase your entire foot and ankle in soothing cooling relief vs. a wrap that only covers part of the foot or ankle, and it’s very easy to put on and is comfortable. In that respect, I give it 5 stars. I removed one star because it doesn’t stay cool as long as I would like – not as long as other cold wraps that only cover part of the foot, and then I removed another star because I do think that with pressure, the gel leaks a tiny bit and you shouldn’t stand while wearing this. I don’t know what else would explain the small collection of carpet fibers at the heel. I’d like to give it 3 and a half stars but that’s not an option. I’m keeping it in any event.

Good for foot and arm
I have used this sock for both a broken foot and forearm. Works great as part of a hot & cold therapy regimen. Be sure to wear a sock or other covering, as the cold sock can be very uncomfortable against bare skin.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
The only good thing about these socks was they came quickly.The dye in them stained my light colored carpet and now I have to get a professional cleaner to get them out!$200 later, I was lucky they could get them out. Apparently my carpet is old enough that it’s made from the right kind of fabric to get it out of. If it had been the newer carpeting with nylon, he said it wouldn’t have come out.Do not purchase these unless you don’t care about stains!

Wow…put it in the freezer for almost 4 hours and it’s really cold…and still very soft at the same time.I have plantar fasciitis and have been wrapping big blocks of ice under my foot…of course you get interrupted and have to get up, but first must remove the ice block…this sock changes all that. I’m thrilled!I wear a 8.5 women’s shoe…sock fits perfectly fine!

I have a foot that had surgery some years ago and it pains all the time. I bought this to help ice it at night. This sock is simply amazing! Super highly recommend it! It literally cooks your entire foot and ankle. Best ice pack I’ve ever bought!

I have fibromyalgia, and this helps so much with pain, not to mention that the cooling sensation is so great when it’s 30 Celsius. If you are in my situation, and have constant pain, this might be something you want to give it try as it relaxes you so much and takes some of the pain away.
