Met my needs for icing or heating both knees
Works well for wrapping around knees ankles and feet. You don’t have a towel or cloth between your skin and the hot cold wrap.

Highly versatile and comfortable
I tend to use ice packs quite a bit for headaches and arthritis pain and heat for my lower back. These hot/cold packs are just about the best thing since sliced bread for me. I can wear one strapped to my forehead while watching tv or wrap one securely around my wrist or elbow. With two fastened together using the hook and loop closure, I can even use them hands free as heat packs for my lower back.The fabric is very soft and the ice packs do not freeze hard as a rock, so they remain flexible and comfortable to use. The price point is excellent making g these a great value. Highly recommended.
