Really helps healing and feels great!
This is so helpful for healing! It heats up and freezes wonderfully. I can still use my hand with its supportive design ! It is nice and thick and reminds me not to open my hand extra wide. I tore my flexor that connects the thumb to the wrist. It has pretty much healed with in two weeks. I still use it if I start to feel twinges for extra support while it continues to heal.
