Customers say
Customers find the thermal compress effective for muscle pain relief, staying warm for about 20 minutes, and lasting longer. The product is simple to use, soft, and provides good pain relief, particularly for headaches. While some customers find it the perfect size, others say it’s smaller than expected, and opinions on the smell are divided between pleasant and bad.

Perfect for hot and cold
Works as expected. Great for my 97 year old mom healing from a fall.

Function and Fun
For doll restoration these packs can save time and protect vintage dolls. Use wisely and watch a video first. Also great for ankles or wrist injuries, nice small size.

Small cute rice bag
Flannel rice filled bag. I bought it to be used cold but I learned that rice does not retain cold as well as other material so I will be using it for heat in the future. The flannel is soft, and the bag is well made. It’s compact and very inexpensive.

Exactly what I wanted
I was looking for something I could use as a cold compress that would mold to my knee and not be as cold as an ice pack. This is perfect! It provides just the right amount of “ice” and it fits perfectly on my knee. Extra bonus of being able to throw it in the microwave which came in handy recently when I had a sinus infection. Highly recommend!

Perfect and compact
I have an issue with one of my eyes and due to the size of this heat packet. It allows me to heat it up quickly and place it over my eye. I was told I have to do heat compressions several times during the day so it’s tough when you’re at work. Since this is small and compact, it’s absolutely perfect for me to use while at work.

Great Warmth that Lasts Awhile
I use my rice bag daily! I heat it in the microwave and put it on top of my blanket in my lap as I sit and read. At night I heat it and place it in my bed. I keep it close to me as I start sleeping and have to move it away as it’s too warm.Occasionally I use it on a painful area. Yesterday I had a pain in my lower right back, so placed it there as I sat in my reading chair.I bought two – the pink and purple, 4.5 years ago. Still have the pink and I just threw out my purple one as the fabric was getting holey and it was browning from all my heating. I just ordered another purple.

Don’t buy if you are looking for a bed warmer
I didn’t purchase this for pain relief, I purchased it has a bed warmer, and it’s far too moist for that purpose, also a little small. I didn’t like the smell coming out of the microwave but you don’t notice it once it’s in the air a bit. This was not a scented variety but whatever they use in these doesn’t smell all that great.
