Don’t waste tge money
This is more like a pamphlet you pick up in the doctors office it wasn’t worth buying, and it certainly isn’t worth anyone else buying a wasting their money on buy the book that Dr Caldwel Esselstyn wrote. That’s where all the information you need is contained.
Martin –
Booklet
This is only 41 pages. Caldwell Esselstyn and Dean Ornish have the best in depth information.

WASTE OF MONEY!
Accidentally ordered this instead of Caldwell Esselstyn’s book. Be careful that you don’t do the same thing, this book is a complete waste of money.

I should have paid attention to the other reviews… this is, in effect, just a pamphlet, only 30 or so pages long and, presumably, is designed to make its author a few cents. Having just been diagnosed with some degree of coronary heart disease, I am anxious to see what I can do (if anything) to improve matters. This book is not it! There is very little substance to it at all. But, to save you the money, the author quotes Dean Ornish, who, she says, advises at least 30 mins brisk exercise per day plus a strictly vegetarian (maybe verging on vegan?) diet… all of which I will be happy to do if it works. Had already ordered Ornish’s book… not yet received. I pray it’s a lot more useful than this!

Scant information I already knew, not happy with the purchase

Certainly has made a positive difference to my health issues (one being claudication). Still need to get onboard with all recommendations in book. Small steps….
